Had a UTI flare up on a Sunday.. Staff was pleasant, facility clean. It opened at noon. There were about 10 people in front of me at the opening. I was seen in about an hour from my arrival. Much better than going to the emergency room where I have waited for 6 hours to be treated due to more serious cases being treated. Glad this place was available on a Sunday.

Came in at 6:45 pm and its 10:00pm now and still waiting. Wasnt told a long wait at all, but after 2 hours of sitting in the waiting room, we were told "its cause its Monday". Absolutely a waste of a 40 dollar co-pay. Finally got called back, and waited another 45 mins. Should of just went to ER room at that point. IGNORE AT ALL COST.

i went there in 7pm, and told them, i have massive amount of pain. there were 4 ppl in front on me only! they said to me: "wait a min, we will call u shortly". "shortly" was 40min. and then they said me "we can make u appointment only in 9:30pm, but its not garantie".

Sister in law there June 27..told her severe strained muscle in leg. That night after 911 call she was transported to Washington medstar trauma. July 4th leg amputated. Big what a mistake they made. Strained muscle..no..blood clot and amoutation
