When my doctor said I needed to have physical therapy I requested that he send me to the same Physical Therapist that I had a few years ago. He looked through my file and said “that would be Dr Sohaila Mosaddegh but she is no longer at the Largo location”. As before, it was a pleasure being treated by a professional that knows how to work with people. In addition to Dr. Mosaddegh and her staff being very knowledgeable in their field they are very warm and personable, Even though the stretching was a bit of a challenge at times; I always looked forward to my therapy session. I guess I just like being around people who know their job and treat you well all the time. My thanks and well wishes go out to Dr. Mosaddegp and her great staff.

I went there for a problem at an ankle after being injured. I gave them the referral and specifically asked if I had to pay anything with my insurance. They checked and told me I didnt have to pay. After few times I went they told me that I didnt pay a copay but I had to, I said they should have told me before but they just answered that I can see it by myself I should have paid since it is written in my insurance card. Being new here I paid. After a period they called me saying that actually I shouldnt have paid a copay but a deductible each time and now I should pay few hundreds dollars for them being superficial. Im afraid they cared more to get my money than trying to be helpful both for the therapy and the payments.

My mom went to this group and provided insurance information and asked how much she would pay per visit. She was told there would be no cost. Based on this she started therapy. At some point while following directions from the therapist, asking her to bend down on one leg and holding on to something, she fell down. This should never happen. When she brought this to the offices attention they said they would provide therapy in response to the fall free of charge. But then of course billed her for the entire amount. When she went in to inquire about the charges, they would not schedule a meeting with the billing manager. Eventually they took her to court. Great way to treat a 76 year old woman.

Ive been to Sohaila for two different issues. Her assessments & diagnoses were thorough and accurate. She looked beyond the obvious to find the problem that the doctors missed. She looked into other issues I raised instead of saying thats not on your referral. It was clear that she cared about me as a whole person. I had had a problem with my left foot for months that many physicians could not help, but she saw the true problem in an instant, and I improved dramatically immediately. Her team of PT Assistants are great and the staff works well together, providing a comfortable atmosphere for healing. I highly recommend this therapy office!

In early January 2013, I received surgery on my right knee and during the course of two and a half months of treatment at the Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center in Greenbelt, I am pleased to report that the entire staff of professionals not only received me as a patient, but throughout the course of treatment they were always cordial, respectful, and knowledgeable. My condition improved much to my satisfaction and, based on my experience with this facility, I would readily recommend Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center in Greenbelt.

The entire staff at PTSM Center was very personal. always addressed me by name immediately on arrival and throughout the visits. I loved the way they worked together to care for each patient. They referred to my exercise plan and made sure we worked as a team to complete each exercise. I was NEVER hounded about payment, and was always seen in a very timely manner. The enviornment was clean, open and comfortable. I recommend this center to anyone in the area who needs PT

I came across Greenbelt Physical Therapy after many unsuccessful years of trying to find the right treatment plan for my herniated discs in my lower back. The staff and the doctors couldnt be friendlier and were able to create a treatment plan for me that alleviated most of my back pain that Ive been suffering from through therapy. I was very happy with the treatment I received while I attended for my dislocated knee. Sohaila was very knowledgeable about sports medicine and was able to, literally, get me back on my feet and running again. The staff is very friendly and all work very hard assisting all the patients. I hope I never have to return to physical therapy but if I do, I will be coming back to this location for sure.

I really appreciated how I was given the information, resources, and tools to understand why I was in pain and what I could do to prevent it in the future. Not only did I feel better after the physical therapy, but I also know the root causes, which not all therapists offer. Dr. Fountain was especially knowledgable, friendly, and supportive.

I have been here once and look forward to future visits because the professionals are great and the therapy is helpful. However, the receptionist, Chris, is rude, short with people, and you can tell he doesnt like his job or at least makes me feel like I am exasperating and am wasting his time. Thats why I didnt give them full stars.

When I first started coming I was experiencing a lot of back pain. For the first few sessions I was barely able to walk out of the office without the assistance of a cane. Now I experience very little pain and can walk out of the office with no problem and no cane. The staff is very friendly, I highly recommend!

I have been going to this center for about two years for lower back injury. I always feel a lot better after the sessions. the therapist is very caring, professional and takes the time to take care of me. The atmosphere is very relaxed and I never feel like I am just an insurance card to them.

Dr. Mosaddegh was very easy to work with and explored various therapy options with me. I liked that she was willing to answer my questions, since it helped me to better understand what I was doing. I will be going back to her when my condition flares up again.
