The absolute most horrific day ever!! The staff was rude and the service was beyond slow! The young lady at the front reception area was less than polite and ignored many people as they checked in, including myself! I was there for 2 hours before I realized that she hadnt even placed my name on a chart!! She also did the same thing to 2 other clients! She should be fired! Horrible nurses with absolutely horrific attitudes also. It was the worst visit to any urine lab I have ever in my entire life visited. I suggest a new staff and a ton of proceedure training with a new one!

QUEST DIAG ON EAST FRWY SUCKS A$$!!! So, I sat down for my blood test and learned the lady has 3 months of experience (THE TEST HURT). Think nothing about and leave. About 40 minuets I get a call that I needed to come back because they need more blood. The lady forgot to take blood for one of the test. Drove 30 minuets back, gave blood then drove 30 minuets back home. TOTAL TIME SPENT DEALING WITH QUEST DIAG ON EAST FRWY = 3+ HOURS, JUST TO GET A SIMPLE BLOOD TEST!!!

I had a blood test done. The wait was not long at all. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I also had a 1 hour gestational diabetes test done another day. The ladies were fast and did everything in exactly an hour.

I just had the fastest in and out from a lab ever. The staff was the most courteous group of women, with "yes sir" responses. It pays to have an appointment, in and out in 10 minutes!!!

I did not have an appointment and when I got there the waiting room was full; however, the wait wasnt long and Jessica, the young lady that performed my blood draw was excellent !!
