Do you like waiting a month for a doctor to call you back about a unfilled prescription? Do you like being lied too about employee names just to get you off the phone quicker? Well look no further because Advanced Dermatology has got to be the worst medical facility I have ever gone too. Sure, I could tell you about how a routine prescription took over 12 phone calls, 8 messages, and over a month to fill (Still not filled a month+ later), or how the receptionist was caught making up fake names of medical assistants (When I asked for a last name for my records she told me off and hung up and when I called back I was told that there was no person by the name I was given), but why not experience the worst place for yourself and see if you can beat my high score of incompetence?! I really wish I listened to the vast majority of 1 star reviews, It would have saved me so much time, money and effort. If you are reading this, I am genuinely concerned one of you with an actual medical issue will come here and just be ignored and have the issue get worse. At least the only good out of coming here was to be able to warn you all not to make the same mistake I did. Remember, AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE!

This place is the worst. No compassion at all. I have been trying to make an appointment for 2 months to follow up with some injections I was doing, voice mail after voice mail and no return call. Dr. Silver couldnt care less about my case every time I go in there to see him its like the first time. He never has a clue of what I am there for or even the treatments I have received from him over several months. At least read my chart before going into the room to talk to me. God knows I have been sitting in the office waiting for at least an hour past my appointment time and another 30 mins in the exam room waiting for this Dr. Silver to come in and talk to me. Now they will not refill a prescription because I havent been there in two months, and i have to suffer because they cant return a call. Go anywhere else, cant be any worse.

Disorganized front desk, poor communication and lack of coordination between staff and doctors. Front desk could have told me that the wait was going to be over an hour when I signed in but failed to do so, resulting in child care issues and costs. When Dr. Silver finally got to me, the laser for my procedure had not been prepared which would have taken another 30 minutes over the hour plus I had already waited. He then decided to do a completely different procedure, one we didnt even talk about, which I decided not to do as I didnt want to jump into a procedure we hadnt talked about simply because they were unprepared. On top of all this, I never once got an apology from the staff or Dr. Silver for the excessive wait and for not being prepared. If your time is valuable, dont waste it here...

Amateur hour. I make an appointment 1 week in advance and show up and they tell me Im not on calendar until following week. I will not even be in the country next week so would never in a million years make that day. Bunch of rude and moronic staff. They than tell me that they dont confirm appointments which is so ridiculous. How does a dr. Office not confirm appointments?

A great practice. Dr. Au is a miracle worker. Ive suffered from eczema since I was a child and no dermatologist has been able to get it under control the way that she has. My skin used to be so rough and scaly now, its so calmed and softer than I ever remember now. I have never seen my skin so healed. I will continue to see her for any other needs.

My son was having a severe allergic reaction to mosquito bites, and we were squeezed in for an appointment the very same day. Dr. Fox was not only great with my child - he also calmly explained everything and had a great sense of humor. My son usually hates going to the doctor, yet somehow Dr. Fox made him feel like he was anywhere else.

This was my first visit at advanced dermatology and I was beyond impressed .The front desk and staff in general were very welcoming and pleasant. Although there was a bit of a wait, it was worth it . The doctor was kind, Thorough and addressed all my concerns. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a good dermatologist .

Auto Savings

The doc spent 3 minutes to check out a skin tag than left for the next patient. I paid $150 for 3 minutes!? That is $3000/hr. She could have spent a little more time like 15 minutes and use it for additional check up and doctor -patient consultation. You get a better and more personal service at McD drive through.

Absolutely terrible. I made an appointment and had to wait an hour in the packed office. The staff are nasty and could care less about your time. Go somewhere else and save yourself the aggravation of waiting for no reason.

They overbook. I was told by the doctor, just one more concern, there are patients waiting. It was probably less that 5 minutes with the doctor and I left feeling like my concerns were not fully answered. Not returning.

Not a fan...had a biopsy done and it took almost four weeks for me to get the results back. Additionally, when the doc biopsied my skin he didnt even numb it. Not planning on going back ever...

I go here regularly for check-ups with Dr. Lieb and wouldnt go to any other dermatology office. The staff is great and I actually enjoy coming here. I would highly recommend this dermatologist.
