Like everyone else who is fortunate to have insurance, I decided to put my benefits to good (albeit, unnecessary) use at year end and take an appointment with this practice to get rid of a benign cyst on my back. In terms of initial appointment experience, it was OK. No complaint about bedside manner, staff were wonderful, and the procedure itself was fairly quick and painless. Fast forward a week later when I needed to have the stitches removed. Prior to going into my appointment, I made a point to call the doctor’s office and question whether this upcoming visit will cost me anything (at this point, we were into the new year and the insurance plan deductible had reset). They responded “no, it was billed as part of original procedure”. “Great”, I thought. So I went in, the stitches were removed by a PA or nurse and apparently she didnt like what she saw so she said, “I need to get the doctor, it looks like you developed an infection”. Sure enough, ten minutes later, the doctor confirmed. Now, I’m not the one to nitpick BUT in-between looking at what I suspect was a gaping hole of nastiness that apparently didnt heal correctly and chit chatting with me, the doctor repeatedly made reference to the fact that I didnt apply any Vaseline. Here’s how that conversation played out 3-4 times; Doc: “did you not put Vaseline?” Me: “ummm, no…at no point was I told I needed to put Vaseline”. Doc (in a condescending tone): “smh, you should’ve put Vaseline as you were told….you know what, you can’t be trusted so I’m gonna put Steri Strips on you”. That line about “can’t be trusted” was a direct quote and almost set me off; but what can I do except let her finish up, diligently make a follow-up appointment, and make sure to ask if there were any instructions I was to follow between now and then to which I was assured “no, the Steri Strips alone will suffice”. Fast forward again to present day (2 days before my next follow-up appointment). I get a notification from my insurance that the doctor’s office DID in fact submit a claim for that visit even though I was told otherwise originally. I proceed to call the dr. office and after a little back and forth, they relayed to me that the doctor decided to waive any fees associated with that visit (how gracious of her! @@) but that I would have to pay for the next follow-up scheduled in two days…keep in mind, the purpose of this visit was to potentially treat an infection I developed as a result of a procedure while under her care. Needless to say, I cancelled this and all future appointments on principle. Apologies for long-winded nature of this review. And no, I’m not just an “disgruntled troll” who leaves only negative reviews. Without really needing to validate, I have left great reviews for my “medical team” on Zocdoc (including this doctor, originally…then I removed that review).

What a disappointment! I spent thousands of dollars here for PRP and laser hair removal and it did not work! They set the laser machine on the lowest setting so you have to keep coming back and spending more money. This is my 5th treatment and still have the same hair growth as before and they are charging me $20 more this time I believe because I am dissatisfied and voiced my concerns. I got a package of 5 so they gave me 10% off and now are saying I didnt have a package. They tried to blame me for the issue of how my hair is growing in saying I must be sleeping on it wrong instead of taking responsibility for how she inserted the needle into my scalp. They should be giving me a complimentary treatment! I usually pay after the procedure and the girl actually came into my room while I was undressed in a gown and asked me to pay upfront, as if I was gonna get the treatment and run out the door...like seriously??? This is ludacris, I cant believe after all the money Ive spent here this is how I am treated!!! No apology, no lets make this right...just lets get more money outta this girl. All they care about is the money, not the customer or the quality of their service! Totally disappointed and feel very taken advantage and was treated like a criminal! Unbelievable!!!! Amy is usually very nice but was cold today I guess because I questioned her work! Its never a good idea to blame the customer for a procedure you did!!!

The dermatologist was fine, Dr. Dalia Y. But dont come here if you expect a well run office. First I was supposed to get information and paper work emailed to me, never came, but more important, the doctor prescribed a skin cream and said it would be electronically sent to the pharmacy in 20 min. They sent it to the wrong pharmacy and after multiple phone calls AND TRIPS TO MY PHARMACY it still wasnt sent. They RUFUSED to give me the Rx in my hand when I left the office, yet after multiple attempts to find out what happened they wouldnt even give me the % of the cream until I was transferred to another person. The Rx was right in front of the first person talking to me. They also refused to call the Rx into the pharmacy until the end of the day... This is the 2nd day after the visit. I ended up going to another doctor who phoned the prescription in and I had the medicine in 20 minutes. Im talking about a regular skin cream to treat a skin infection. Not a controlled substance, not a cancer treatment.... If you expect a well run office and the ability to get medication without multiole follow up.... Dont go here.

Very happy with my visit. Was there late in the day and had no waiting time other than filling out formulas. Dr Gonzalez Milagros saw me immediately and recognized that I had contacted poison ivy. She prescribed me an ointment and I was able to pick it up on my way home immediately. I saw improvements the next day and now 4 days later I have no more complaints at all. Very happy.

Terrible experience... long wait, bad customer service... Then I get a bill and when attempting to pay I am unable to get to a customer service person!! Been trying for two days one hour each day. Pretty bad.
