CLEANING SERVICE

La verdad estoy muy triste. Y al mismo bien enojada porque recibi muy mala atencion por parte de la doctora de esta clinica. Para sacarme una muela me hicieron llorar! La anestecia no me agarraba y usaron el torno para que sabe que en mi muela... Y yo les decia que me dolia y que la anestecia no me agarro!! Y la doctora me dijo que si yo seguia quejandome. Tenia que venir la proxima semana. Ella continuo trabajando en mi muela con mucho dolor. Ella me decia que todo era mental pero no, porque luego de escarbar toda mi muela se dio cuenta que alli estaba el nervio y que lo que yo decia era verda. Sufri mucho dolor y sentia como me arancaban mi muela en pedasos y sobretodo me cobraron $250. Mi boca por dentro quedo toda lastimada quien sabe que me hizo porque yo no sentia nada luego. Cuando la doctora termino nisiquiera me pidio disculpas solo se levanto y se fue!! La verdad estoy muy enojada porque yo llevava aqui a mis niños para su chequeo pero ahora me doy cuenta en las manos que dejaba a mis niños. Por favor cuidado, no les recomiendo zara dental para nada. Tengan cuidado, no vallan a pasar lo mismo que yo. Me sentia como si estubiese viviendo una pelicula de horror y tortura. Cuidado!

Agradezco a Dios por el buen trato que desde que soy paciente en zara dental se me a dado. La coordinación de Ziria , Dyana y Doris es excelente. Hacen buen equipo y se complementa con un potencial prosperosamente para zara Dental. They told me for a Root Canal, the price would be 700.00. So I go and have this procedure done. The Dentist told me she put a temorary filling until I can come back and she can finish the work. As I was leaving I asked the office Manager why would I have to come back, ( I wasnt getting a crown until much later ) The office Manager told me it wasnt for the crown, it was for the permanent filling. And she told me I would have to pay an additional 300.00 for this. I told her that wasnt what they told me before I even started this procedure. Yes, they took the root out but they didnt at least cover this hole. Now Ive got a piece of cotton hanging out and its so hard to eat. They did offer me to keep putting a temporary fiiling over it until I can pay the 300.00. But that is only good until I drink or eat something. Plus the time and the gas I would be spending to go there everyday for this temp. I dont recommend anyone to go there.

Hoy visite zara dental y fue una experiencia inolvidable fui por mi chequeo general y siempre que voi me toca esperar horas y horas pero hoy fui atendido rapido y sin esperar mucho la asistente ana me atendio muy amable y hiso mi visita placenterA dr chundu me dio muchas opciones acerca de mi tratamiento la verda ce nota el profecionAlismo sin duda alguna volvere y espero volver hacer atendido por estas 2 personas !!! Dont usually write reviews but felt compelled because of how I was treated at this dentist office. Made an appointment on Sunday night online the office called me on Monday to come in.Because of how I work I was the last one on the book. I went in for teeth restoration....anyway everyone was real nice some more than others however nice...The Dr was very pleasant with great bedside manners and was very understanding to my needs....needles to say he couldnt do much for me that day because of time... I have to come back in the middle of week...I needed my bridge fixed and to my surprise two wonderful assistance (Diana and Nazi) were really helpful and super NICE...when everyone went home, they stay behind and worked on repairing that bridge for me until I return...They were a a great team..I owe lots of gratitude to these wonderful women...I just wish I had found this place sooner..I will highly recommend...

The worst place on earth. Ive been going to this place for over 3 years because I started getting my braces here. Every time they messed up my appointment. I would make an appointment with a doctor so I can get veneers done, and come to the office, wait for over half an hour, then when I finally go in they tell me that I had an appointment for 6 month check up. Several times I have missed my appointments or push back because the doctor had an emergency. The front desk people are very rude and unprofessional, they are very raciest, just because Im not Hispanic they always mean mock me for no reason. Doctors are very nice and understandable but the front desk is very bad. And the assistants dont know anything. Last time I was in they put a wrong wire on a ortho patient and poor guys teeth were shifted a wrong way. As soon as I take off my braces I will stop going there for good.

I had my braces at Zara dental. Staff was friendly but they seemed in a rush to get my braces off even when there was clearly still things to be fixed. After removing them they filed them down alot. Felt like the ortho clearly saw they were not even and decided to over file the surface to try and hide it. The surface of my teeth are very scratched. A couple teeth are extremely scratched and dull, they dont shine at all and dont whiten at all. Worried about the major loss of enamel in front teeth. One of the assistants always messed something up, sometimes the bands or wires. Unfortunately she was the one who had to make my retainer molds. She kept asking for help and when everyone around her said they were busy she went with the third try. Yes, my retainers came out bad. I would go elsewhere, where they take there time and actually take your orthodontic treatment seriously.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I took my 6year old son to this place which I regret,. I usually go to another pediatric dentist in Sugarland but since I was in that area, I decided to take my son THERE..HUGE MISTAKE.!!! Dr Safai showed no kind of COMPASSION towards my son whatsover. When I questioned the procedure that she was doing to my son her response was that "SHE ASSUMMED THATS THE WAY I WANTED" LONG STORY SHORT PLEASE PARENTS IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR KIDS TO SUFFER PAIN TAKE THEM ELSEWHERE. THANKS TO THIS AWFUL AND LACK OF COMPASSION IN CARING FOR THEIR PATIENT MY SON IS AFRAID OF GOING TO THE DENTIST. In order for me to post the review I had to select at least one star. They dont deserve even half of a star.

Im giving Zara a 5 star particularly due to the fact that the assistant Nazanin, Ana, and Doctor Son! Siria is a great receptionist too! Naz and Ana are passionate in their career and recommend you request them especially because, guy assistants can be a little rough when it comes to working on your mouth, however make sure you communicate clearly to them while being operated on. Dr. Son is compassionate with his patients and listens to any fears, concerns, or worries that may you may have. A lot of people fear the dentist for various reasons however this dentistry is extremely clean and modern.
