I waited for my second visit before I wrote a review, I didnt want to base my experience on what could have been a bad day. Well not the case, on my first visit I came in with both my children and waited about three and half hours before being seen by the doctor then another hour and a half with the doctor a total of five hours for a regular check up and clean. So if youre the type of person who likes to wait, then this is the place for you. On my second visit I came in (after being re-schedule a couple of times) to wait another four hours this time. I dont understand why one has to wait till 4pm to be seen when you are given an appointment for 12pm. This place has no respect for peoples time, they make you wait while all the from office personnel are conversing about personal stuff. Hey, I am one for socializing but when at work and with a waiting room full of frustrate patients Ill say its not the time. I think they overbooked everyone in hopes that people will not show up, but guess what people do and they have to wait hours. Ive been to the other dentist before and have been seen with in an hour. This place is unacceptable and should be given a sanctioned of some kind. Please safe yourself the fustration and go elsewhere.

I started coming here about 2 years ago. Customer service has been the usual not so friendly but I dont mind it. Recently I had a problem with the front desk, Ive never had an issue before with any receptionist in the past. She is new and not so friendly even went up to me where I was having the braces tighten to raise her voice at me about my broken brackets and told me that no job could be done to them until I paid. She then proceeded on telling me the manager approved it. I was up to date with the payments but she told me it was "unacceptable" but I think It should be acceptable since I have no problem with paying. At the end of the visit I didnt even want to make another appointment because she made me feel uncomfortable. She brought out the manager which told me she is fine with the broken brackets just asked my why they came off.I told her because of what I ate, what could I do? The receptionist changed her attitude towards me in front of the manager. I usually recommend this place to family members and friends but I wont any longer.

I Urge anyone who takes the time to ready reviews before they spend their hard earned money to STAY AWAY from this place! When I just started out with them everything was OK mainly because I was on a payment plan, the moment I paid in full the quality of service and the real side of this orthodontics was revealed. Every time you or your child goes in for a tightening or repair expect to see a new dentist with a different way of straightening your teeth that feels counter productive to what the last dentist did, I got fed up and left and up to this day I was never contacted about rescheduling or anything like that because once they collect their money they no longer care about their patients. I wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star but PLEASE take heed and do research before you throw away $6000

As my journey ends with braces , I would like to thank everyone at the iSmiles on Park ave (Yonkers) location for all their hard work. A few people I would like to recognize are: Regina for knowing how to run a business and always fixing what ever is thrown at her on her toes. Also Eneida at the front desk. Eneida is very welcoming, greets me with a smile all the time! The short lady from X-rays is very nice too. A big thank you to George the dental assistant who removed my braces today. George took the time that was needed on my mouth to make sure I was 100% comfortable and satisfied we need more like him around. I recommend iSmiles to all my friends, family and everyone who is reading this. You guys will be handled by the best people. Great staff! Thank you for the journey!

I came to iSmile Orthodontics since I was around 14 or 15 years old. My process took longer than I thought. I got them off today after 4 years and 9 months. When they do the same thing to my teeth for some appointments in a row, I feel like the day of getting my braces off was farther and farther away. That shows I lose my patience. When they do different things to me every time, I get happier because I know the movement of my teeth would work better. The staff are nice and the place is clean and organized. It looks better now after they renovated it about 3 years ago. I recommend this place to anyone in the Yonkers area.

This place is a scam!!! You always see a new doctor, all these doctors who work there cant even afford their own office. On top of it what pissed me off is I was referred there, and the girls were telling me to go see the general dentist in their building. Luckily I like my general dentist and told him they were trying to steal his patients, and he has stopped referring there. To all general dentists stop referring there they will steal your patients and they are so upfront about it. They will try to refer you to park ave smiles, which is located in the building. Just look them up they have terrible reviews!!!

Its been a little over a year now since the very first day I got my braces at this place and I must say that I have always been treated great. I’ve never had any problems at the time of my appointments. They always send me a text to remind me that I have an appointment coming up. All workers are very polite and friendly. The ladies in the front always smile to you; so do the guys in the back. Everyone does a great job in this place; especially George; he is the best when it comes to braces. Also, he treats patients really well and makes them feel comfortable at all times. You guys are AWESOME!

I love iSmile Orthodontics. I would not go anywhere else, its rare that you find a facility that everyone that you interact with is like a breath of fresh air! They take the time to go over everything with you and make you feel comfortable about this process. I love the way my smile is coming together and am constantly receiving compliments about my developing smile. I cant wait until treatment is over as I have delayed it time and time again. But with iSmile I know my smile is in the BEST hands and I can sleep easy and not feel as self conscious as before. Thanks iSmile team, you guys ROCK!!

I have been visiting with iSmile since August of this past summer after being transferred to their office, when my previous orthodontist retired. I have nothing but great things to say about this team and the quality of their work. The team is incredibly welcoming and thorough, the environment is clean and the equipment is new and clean as well (not rusted), which is a huge step up from what Im used to. I definitely recommend this place, you will have comfort in knowing that whatever you are getting done here, is truly quality work.
