Dr. Walter Krzak has been working with my very senior larger breed mixes for a few years. He gives plenty of time to each of them and physically gets down on the floor with them to make them more comfortable. He has been very astute to changes in their health and has continually worked with us to maintain their health. He has seen them numerous times in an emergency, at the last minute, and has even called us back at night after hours to check on my dogs. People are often shocked to find out that both of my dogs are so old and in amazing shape! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet. But do know that you might have to wait sometimes because they give all the animals plenty of time to address issues. My dogs used to dread the vet, but I think now actually like going there because of the treats and attention. Also, Ann, the vet tech, is amazing with the animals and they adore her.

The vets at Hickory Creek Animal Hospital allow 1/2 hour for each pet. They do a wonderful job of checking your pet out for everything. Very comprehensive, and are willing to work with those who do not want to go with the conventional vaccines and/or conventional feeding. Very easy to work with, and will work until they have found a cure for the disease or a remedy for bothersome symptoms. They really are super, and I have recommended all my friends to them.

Both Drs are great with pets - No doubt! They took care of our dog Zoe for over 16 years and provided excellent care for her. However, in the end and with a weeks notice (for whatever reason) we could not get our little Zoe in for an appointment to have her go to doggy heaven. After calling 3x and still not able to get an answer from the staff for an appointment, I had to go to another vet. So unfortunate after 16 years.

Have been going to Doc Wally for over 15 yrs. He has taken care of most of the familys pets from birth to putting them to sleep. He is the most compassionate and wonderful vet. Only stopped going to him because I moved out of state but my two 15yr.old kitties were "chipped and taken care of" since we got them at a couple months old. Would never go to anyone else if at all possible. FOREVER THANKFUL DOC WALLY!

Weve been taking our dogs here since they opened, from puppies to seniors. Both Docs are wonderful, and treat your pet just like their own! Great staff as well, love this place ❤
