Dr. Caroline Monk is so kind, friendly, knowledgeable, gentle and compassionate. She actually took the time to come out to the waiting room to let me know shed be sure to bring my dog back to me as soon as she was finished with his procedure since she knew Id be waiting for him and not dropping him off. I thought this was very thoughtful of her to do. Dr. Monk and her assistant also showed a genuine respect of my knowledge as an owner who actively participates in performance events (Agility & Obedience) for the past 20 years. They understood how difficult the news of sudden blindness (SARDS) was for me since Im planning to show my little guy in his first obedience trial in just a few weeks. Were still hopeful with some adjustments in our training well have good news to report very soon :-) Thank you again very much to Dr. Monk for your respect and kindness. It was very refreshing and I truly appreciated it more than youll ever know.

Dr. Frank Romano was just outstanding trying to save our beloved cat. He spent hours doing different tests, discussing all possible options and outcomes with us. He even followed up with a personal letter. Just an outstanding service, if your pet needs help, Dr. Romano is the way to go.

When you need a specialist for your four-legged baby it is nice to have them close by! Very professional - they really dig in to find out what is wrong! Not inexpensive but when you need them to take care of your baby they are there!
