Terrible customer service policy!! Had a return w/ receipt and was told it was 2 days past the 14 day return policy. So okay give me a store credit. To make matters worse I was told you can only have a store credit but you have to use it NOW which I was not ready to do. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE! Do they not know that PETSMART has a 60 day return policy!!! I will never go back to Pet Supplies Plus because I will do business with a company that cares about their customers and has decent return policy.

Pet Supplies Plus Marietta offers the complete package regarding great pet care. General manager Alexis, sales associates and the entire team have excellent can-do attitudes. The store carries a wide variety of food brands and a large selection of pet products. Grooming services are available daily. A veterinarian is on-site once a week for professional TLC and Healing Paws for Heroes service dogs bring smiles to many and their trainers provide information. First-class place!

Horrible!! I went there to buy cat food for my almost 9yo super peaky cat, I couldnt find, so I decided to ask a worker if they have the brand Purina Natural, which is a grain free dry food and the guy told me We dont sell this type of junk here, if You want this kind of trash go to a Walmart. OMG!!! Im never going back to this store again. I dont recommend!!!! The worker is really rude!! Never again.

I recently bought a Russian Tortoise from this fine establishment & she was in great condition and is doing fabulous currently. Matt I believe helped us and was so helpful when we were picking out a tank! He offered great advice. Id highly recommend this place if youre looking for any pet because of how well they are taken care of! You can definitely tell they love their pets here.

This is our "go-to" place. Have been "washing the Weimaraners" there for many years. Far more reasonably priced, open and stocked with shampoo and conditioner. We use "Darby" to cut nails and stuff...shes efficient and the dogs are all calm...a big plus... I stock the pond with fish...food. A great complete place for all pets.

I went in excited to buy some fish for my daughter and left feeling embarrassed and frustrated by one of the sales staff. Even though they have a nice selection of freshwater fish, I would recommend buying fish somewhere else. The staff was knowledgeable and almost refused to sell me the fish I went there specifically to buy.

Been in this store twice. The first time no one asked if they could help me or even acknowledged my presence. I went in one additional time looking for a specific dog food. When I asked about it I was pointed to another aisle. I didnt find what I was looking for so I left and I wont return.

Not good at all!!!!,,,I asked how a cuttlebone clips onto a cage, there was no clip that came with the package, the store clerk said I dont know, so I asked if could ask someone, his response was" I dont have bird experts here" so I walked out....

Its nice to get supplies for my varied animals in one stop. Lots of variety in foods, toys, accessories. Bulk food and treats for birds, hamsters and dogs. I havent tried their grooming, but everyone is friendly and the store is clean.
