7 years of warranty is a Scam! The most expensive "best superior quality Ultimate fit" upper denture was made less then 2 month ago. Comfortable fit and esthetical appearance. Brownish pigments and stains throughout the denture began to appear in 4-5 weeks from product delivery. Lady was taking good care of it- cleaning as instructed after each meal, never been a smoker. We addressed the issue to Dr. Farahs practice. He immediately start yelling and accusing her that she misused it and he is not going to remake it only because it stained, despite its still under warranty and less then 60 days of use; although he can remake it but we have to pay $1200 again... Dr. Farah obviously do not care for reputation of his practice and high quality of care and satisfaction. His staff acting with no patient care manners and ignoring the fact that patients are present and can hear their loud personal conversations and laughing . Corporate office have no influence on his practice. Save your money and time by going elsewhere! Please reed other reviews for his office attitude and quality of care and products.

My appointment with Affordable Dentures was at 8:30 AM. I arrived on time and was greeted with the most friendly receptionist who also works as a dental assistant. I completed my paperwork and promptly was taken to the back. The dentist was warm and friendly. My consultation went well and the process began. I went there for a replacement of my upper denture. The dental assistant was very professional and the process of getting the impression to make my upper denture was fast, easy and they made me very comfortable. I was told to come back at 2:30 PM to be fitted with my new denture..the process of fitting and making adjustments was easy and they made sure that I had a good fit and was satisfied. I left the office with a beautiful smile, not only because of my new denture, but because of the superior service that I had received. I recommend AFFORDABLE DENTURES in Charlottesville to anyone. They are not only affordable but the treatment and the care is beyond superior. They guarantee your dentures and also have a great warranty. AFFORDABLE DENTURES is the way to go. JANET MOSES age 56

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!! HE IS A BUTCHER!!!!! He did not do the extractions he was supposed to do, he was supposed to start on my lower teeth, he started on my top teeth which at the moment was fine!!! My lower teeth are the ones I was missing a tooth in my partial denture, he extracted all of my top teeth & screwed in 4 implants, it was unbelievable pain!!!!!! 2 1/2 Hours, 3 times he had to administer novacaine, I have more than 20 needle marks in my upper mouth!!!! I have NEVER in my life had such an awful experience with a dentist!!! When I left I was histericly Crying in PAIN!!!!!! I GIVE THIS MAN LESS THAN 5 STARS!!!!!!! HE IS A BUTCHER!!!!

5 star service! I drove 3 hours after finding that the Winchester VA location would make you wait 7 days after extracting your teeth. I was pleased to find that the Charlottesville location was able to do everything in 1 day. They were friendly and provided excellent service and actually care about their patients. I am glad I made the 3 hr each way trip, and highly recommend Dr Farah.
