We were seeing Dr. Patterson ,he left before our last appointment and they did not tell us, when we got there the treatment once again horrific... after the appointment my co-pay was $17 and somehow the desk lady managed to charge me $30? I was told that I had to call for my sons prescription every single month and then again I was told multiple times that they would call for me? Our last visit was three weeks ago and my son still do not have his prescription! I have called at least nine times and nobody has called me back. How many stars would you give?

The experience with Ryan Patterson was horrible. He saw my 7 year old daughter yesterday. His assistant was rude. He was very short rushed through the appt. In the end he prescribed a steroid cream for her face after I had said I would not put any more corticosteroids on her face or around her mouth. He did not even return to the room to let me know what he prescribed. He let the assistant do it. She refused to have him come back in. My 7 year old left feeling upset. It was a complete waste of time and money.

Eve Katzen and her team literally saved my life! They are kind, caring and passionately committed to helping their patients. Over the decades Ive known a great many doctors, and Katzen surpasses them all. Shes the type of person who could lead a team at NASA and launch rockets. I would trust Eve with more than my life, Id entrust her with the lives of my family, and rest easy knowing everything that can be done would be done, and done right!

Had an appointment today, was seen right away, whole appointment was less than 5 min. Left very confused was given 2 phone numbers and was told I had to call and order my medication myself. Paid over $90 for appointment. One script is $800!!

Never saw the real Dermatoligist in 6 months of treatments. Only saw the practicing nurse. When cancer was found in my leg, he cut off treatment, said he would give a referral to a specialist, havent heard a peep in a month??

Ive seen a couple of reviews of long wait times, etc. I had no wait, and saw the Dr promptly. I thought they were awesome. Dealt with my skin issues, they were thorough and patient focused.
