Let me start off by mentioning that when I had my original appointment scheduled, I accidentally over slept having a newborn baby and all. I got a call and the woman I spoke to was not nice. I sincerely apologized but she didnt seem to care much. She condescendingly told me to write down my make up appointment in my phone so I "wouldnt be late or miss it again." So I did. I showed up to my appointment on time and was informed I was 3 hours early! Seriously!? Thats my first problem with your office. Secondly, I was told to make sure I brought a copay of $50 for a consult which I did- but a snobby, elderly woman with dark hair rolled her eyes and snarlingly told me "we dont accept Care Credit." Cool, that would have been good to know when I originally set up this appointment! Lastly, the blonde who met with me gave me about 5 minutes of her time before mentioning I cant even have a tattoo removed due to the fact that Im a nursing mother!!!! Cmon! I should have been informed of that when I set up the appointment! In my opinion, you just robbed me of $50. Ill consider it $50 well spent if I can post this review to every social media outlet and deter at least another potentially naive person from going to your pretentious office.

I never saw Dr. Matthew Woods. My first appointment I was told that I was getting skin biopsies for some autoimmune disorders. My follow-up appointment was rescheduled 3x. When I finally got my follow-up appointment I went in and it was a complete waste of time as my results were not ready yet a week and a half later. Was very clear in stating I did not have time to waste for appointments unless I was going to get what I needed. There is no communication between the office staff and the nursing staff and the practitioner. Highly frustrating! My results are currently waiting for a practitioner to sign off on them and I am hoping that I get them by Monday.

I am appalled by the "care" that my boyfriend received at this office. After having to wait over an hour at every appointment he was treated disrespectfully by the staff. The office staff made him call his insurance company and get the run around from multiple people to see if a medication would be covered. Isnt that these peoples jobs? Isnt that what you all get paid to do? Its not cheap having to see a dermatologist every month and they are completely unorganized and disrespectful. The wait time wouldnt even be an issue if the care was worth it but you have to be crazy to wait over an hour for terrible care. Dont waste your time or money.

I absolutely love this office, the staff is friendly and effective. Office wait times are minimal, I think Ive sat in the lobby for 10 mins max. I go for the treatment of acne and Ashley Conway PA-C is amazing, she is determined to help me achieve the best skin ever. They send my RXs to mail order pharmacies to help reduce the cost of my medications and are quick to call the pharmacy back for my refills, etc... I would highly recommend a visit her as they really help you with whatever your concerns are, are friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly effective!

Dr. Matthew Woods is amazing!!! The best dermatologist we have seen since moving to Arizona. His staff is extremely helpful and dedicated. Dr. Woods spent a lot of time explaining my sons condition to me and my son. I never felt rushed not did I feel that I was just a patient that they needed to get in and get out. I had heard great things about Dr. Woods but I was unsure based on the horrible experiences that we have had with the previous dermatologists we have had. Thank you Dr. Woods and staff!

Carle Fox is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and nice, you can tell she really cares about her patients! Ive been going here for years, and recommend this place to anyone. Whether it be the front desk staff, the PAs, or the doctors- everyone here is so helpful and so friendly. Ive never been quoted one price then charged another, like what had happened at other offices I used to visit. This office has mastered the art of quick yet thorough visits. Love this place!

So far a little disappointed. They took a biopsy and have been saying it takes 7-10 days max. This has been told to me 3 separate times. Since 10 days has passed and still no call I called them an they note have changed their tone saying it takes 7-14 days. The person on the phone was not very friendly. Basically spoke to me like she was the.. "Know it all" in the office. Go somewhere else. Its bad when you feel like you get better treatment at the VA clinic.

A and my family chosen as your Skype dermatology has our family dermatologist. Its been probably two years since my husband first that the dermatologist Dr. Matthew Woods, and the treatments you have received have been exceptional. The overall visits have always been pleasurable and quick. I highly recommended this dermatologist if you live in Gilbert and need one, you wont be disappointed

I had an amazing experience at Desert Sky. The staff is very nice and helpful. The providers are extremely talented and they got me in and out quickly. I was a little nervous initially, because I had never been to a dermatology office. However, they were all very kind and made the experience wonderful. I went there for cosmetic help and I am very pleased with the results.

Dr Woods and his staff have been extremely caring at my visits. I never felt rushed and Dr Woods never made me feel uncomfortable and explained everything. Ive never had to wait long to be seen and appointments were easy to make. The facility is super clean and inviting. I am so glad my primary doctor recommended Dr Woods!

I have had numerous appointments here, with multiple minor surgeries from Dr. Woods and from his PA Carlie. Great experiences all around. There has never really been a wait time and all of the staff are extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Woods for anything related to dermatology.

Ive been to see this dermatologist only once. It did take a while for the doctor to see me (maybe 10 min of waiting). Once he saw me he gave me recommendations for my skin issues. I love how he is so close to my house in Gilbert. If I need to see a dermatologist again, I will be coming here.

The first time I went to this office was a few years ago and I was happy with the care I received from Dr. Woods. However, over the past year, my husband has been seen twice and my 15 yr old daughter once by one of the PAs and the care they received was awful. We will not be returning.
