They were fine as far as service and help with what I came in for, both times Ive gone, theyve suggested services that did not work. On my face I have a little dot of a blood vessel that shows through red. The first time I went they said they could use electricity to make it go away. So they did the procedure and said it would get worse and then disappear. It got worse, (now its longer and bigger) but never went away. Next time, I had a two light brown spots they said they could freeze off. So they froze them but they did not go away. The bill for freezing them off was almost $100 and it had no effect whatsoever. I might as well buy a cream from an infomercial! Anyway, I suggest you go in for your issue and dont fall for the additional sales ploys.

Was seen in a timely matter, but did not feel listened to as far as the causes of my symptoms. Three people were there looking at me, which felt uncomfortable. Asked about the links between leaky gut/candida as far as effects on skin and was brushed off. Doctor seemed uninterested in treating the actual causes, did not give any referrals to other doctors that might be able to help. Was prescribed the usual antibiotic and acne washes. Had high hopes due to reviews, but he is just like every other superficial dermatologist Ive seen. Do not go here if you need real care.

They kept me waiting in the office for more than an hour without letting me know Dr. Jenson was behind schedule. After an hour I was placed in an empty room. A Medical Assistant with no lab coat, no tie, no ID, started asking me medical questions. I asked if he was the doctor. He said no. We got up and left.

Dr Jenson is great. He was able to diagnose what was going on with me and set up a treatment plan. He gets right to the point and knows what he is talking about. His office staff is friendly and easy to work with!

Dr. Jensen is great, his front staff not so much. They wont let you speak with the Dr. and dont follow their own policy. Dont go there, I am changing doctors because of them!
