We will never go back. My 91 yr old father had an aggressive squamous carcinoma growth on his chest. Dr. Bingham removed June 8, 2017. By Monday, surgery site not looking good. Called, and sent pictures, Dr. prescribed antibiotics, very expected. Called again on Tuesday, concerned. Little, to no concern. Wednesday, called to demand he be seen. Told Dr. was out of town until Monday. Told them was taking my Dad to ER. MY Dad, by that point, had a life a threatening infection, which required emergency surgery. The hole left in his chest to clean out the infection will take 6 wks on a wound vac to heal. Possible, the infection compromised his pacemaker. I called Dr. Bingham Monday, June 19th to let him know what had happened. I clearly told him it was not a hostile call at all, and I understand infections like this can happen. I only hoped that his level of care, concern, age of patient etc would be elevated after knowing this. Call ended with Dr. Bingham asking if he could call me, and check to see how hes doing. I said, of course. So incredibly, disappointing. I only hoped he would learn something from this, and clearly, he has not. Patients are procedures, which equal money. Beyond that he doesnt care.

Although Dr. Bingham was very kind, i was dissapointed with the call I received regarding my blood test results. I was expecting to receive them in person or from the doctor himself at least, but I recieved them from a woman at the front desk who had poor communication skills.. They didnt bother asking if any of the medication they prescribed to me was working and just said "your test results came fine, theres not much we can do." Also, the place they referred me to get my blood drawn at was very shady and looked like a place drug addicts go to. I was discouraged to go to any other office because of this experience but I did anyway and of course someone else actually found what was wrong.

On my first appointment he zoomed in and out and didnt even explain what was going on with my skin. I didnt even get the chance to ask because I was wondering why he was practically running out of the door, so I forgot... Anyway he did prescribe me with good medication but once my insurance ran out they stopped following up with me. The ladies in the front seem annoyed when you ask too many questions and when you need help with a process involving paperwork. He knows what hes doing but I my main point is that I really dont feel cared for as each patient should feel in a doctors office.

I was really nervous to take my 5 year old in to have an abscess on her head drained. I knew it would be traumatic for her. But Dr. Bingham really took the time to talk with her before and get her smiling...which made all of the difference. She has been bragging about how brave she was and is even happy to see Dr. Bingham around. It is such a relief to FINALLY find a dermatologist that is really good with kids. I DEFINITELY recommend him!!

Worst experience Ive had. Dr. Bingham stopped in after waiting a half hour to see him and seemed rushed. He saw me for 5 minutes and sent me a bill for $100 which isnt a problem. I paid the bill after calling them several times to reach somebody at the office. Then a few months later I get another bill that says it is being sent to collections. I have tried 5 times now to call them and nobody answers the phone! Im beyond frustrated.
