Terrible place it honestly doesnt even deserve one star to be completely honest. I was here for the detox program where you also stay at the tranquil and quest facility. Which was also terrible they advertise all these amenities that no longer exist. They have completely gone down the drain. This was my second time here so I have the experience to say that this place is completely garbage. There are a few very good staff members one being cindy which is a nurse at GenPsych and Mike who is house manager at the house. While also having a few other staff member who are there to actually help you and bend over backwards for You! But other that that the therapists are extreamly rude beware of Rachel being one of the rudest self centered people you could ever meet. I was discharged with no after care plan it was basically thanks for the few thousands of dollars Goodrluck. Also beaware they are very quick to come get you but once your discharged they WILL NOT TAKE YOU HOME. You have to find your own way home. I could see not giving a ride to someone who left without medical clearance but not to someone who followed the program and completed. I wouldnt recommend this place to take care of a dead goldfish let alone a person! Goodluck one your journey to sobriety! Make sure to ask as many questions as possible before making the set in stone decision! Remember this is your life your talking about!

I cannot give this place any stars! The psychiatrist there does not care about or for the patients. The staff isnt much better. My wife has been going there for about a month and they refused to coordinate care between them and her pain management doctor because in the words of her psychiatrist, she doesnt call others about care and they have to follow "protocol" to get information. The protocol should be for the patient to sign a release and then the doctors and counselors coordinate care. My wife did her part. The doctor and staff at GenPsych DID NOT!

Genpsych is by far the best dual diagnosis facility there is. But its like anything in life, you get out what you put in! Youre not going to hang around for a few weeks or months BSing everyone and expect to be "cured" . The staff is awesome and very helpful and the Halcyon/Tranquil & Quest program is second to none of you have the ins/money.
