Both my daughter and I have tried to call womens health to make an appointment for her. I cant make an appointment, but this woman assured me she would speak to the doctor and call us back to make sure about her appointment then set it up. Well its the next day, and no call. She was on the phone for 15 minutes and so was I. Im seriously considering finding another to take her insurance. Youd think with the remodel, that this wouldnt be an issue. Just because something looks upgraded doesnt mean the scheduling or getting through improves. Look elsewhere for healthcare. Inside the doctors, nurses, and etc are better than the schedulers, receptionists, those at the counters. Need to change how they do things! Thankfully my daughter wont have to go to them for much longer. I had to give 1 star, but I dont even think they deserve that.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! I had a 12:00 appointment, and didnt get into the exam room till 12:45,and then still waited another 45 minutes to be seen. The nurse was rude,the Dr had me wait till almost 1:20 barely looked at me,and preceded to tell me I was obese ( I found out later that I had lost 22lbs which was never acknowledged) The kindest person to me there was the woman who took my blood. She understood my severe needle phobia and worked with me.Dr.Jurba Rojas came highly recommended,but I cant see why. This was April of 2017. This is why people stay away from doctors! I had to have a physical for a job. I was also harrassed by a man in the waiting room trying to give me a free phone which I took and promptly returned.

I dont know why there are such bad reviews here. But my care for two pregnancies are done here and i love that the appointments are no longer than an hour of my day. Thats parking, waiting, seeing a doctor, a nurse, and making the next appointment all in one. I came from a city hospital that would have me seated for 3hours at an appointment. The staff is so nice and personable, the area is clean, and most the midwives are very sweet and actually care.
