Ive been taking my lab mix here since I rescued him six months ago and I will never take him anywhere else! Everyone, and I mean every single employee, at VCA Central is nice and helpful. They have all gone above and beyond to help me and my dog! I have never had a bad experience with them. My dog actually looks forward to going to vet ( I know this because he wags his tail and jumps around when we pull up :-) ) Raider has seen three of the doctors (Cobb, White, and Allende) and each one of them are wonderful and knowledgeable. There have been numerous times Ive called on an emergency basis and theyve gotten my dog in on the spot. Not only are they Raiders vet, but I board him there as well. All the staff members greet him upon arrival and send me pictures periodically. I have full peace of mind that my dog is in good hands when I board! This is also the first vet that Ive come across that doesnt charge astronomical prices, nor prescribe/recommend stuff my dog doesnt actually need. VCA is the hands down the BEST vet/boarding in Dallas and I would recommend to ANYONE!

Awesome vet clinic. I left a much larger clinic in favor of VCA central expressway, because I wanted a smaller clinic where I could actually get to know and trust my vet. Dr Katy White is the best! The staff take excellent care of my cat, and we had an awesome boarding experience here as well. My cat received extensive attention, care, and love while I was away. Highly recommend.

I cant express how happy I am to have found this place! Dr. Katy White and Emily took excellent care of my baby Simba. They were both very thorough and super friendly. They gave me a ton of info. to read on taking care of a new puppy. The prices are very reasonable, which really helped me out today! You can rest assured that your fur babies will be in the best hands here.

Wanted me to euthanize my cat because they couldnt figure out why it was sick. I told them hell no that if she was going to die shed do it at home. A year later my cat is healthy and still alive thanks to my own techniques. Would never recommend VCA!!

Dr. Cobb and the entire staff are wonderful. The VCA pet insurance plans will save you a lot of money also. Ive been a client since 2000. I recently had to put my 14 year old pup down and they stayed late and were very compassionate and comforting.
