This vet office sucks the big D. Brought my puppy here because he was having a hard time breathing. They kept insisting it was allergies but I knew better. The first visit was okay I suppose. Dr. Kruze prescribed allergy meds and said if he isnt doing better he would check out my puppy with a follow up visit for free. During the second visit he tried telling me the exact same thing as he said the first visit except to try a different medication for allergies but wanted to charge me full price for the visit. So I brought my pup to a different vet and they diagnosed an infected tooth causing a sinus infection. Could have killed my dog at this burnsville vet because the medication the prescribed actually caused bacteria to develop more quickly then if he hadnt been on the medicine. Switched vets and my pup is back to full health after some dental work. I wouldnt recommend this place for anything.

I love our vet clinic. They are honest, caring and just a pleasure to work with. We have 3 cats and all 3 of them are handfuls (accident prone and trouble makers). They are never upset to see them (even though a couple are angry kitties!) and they are always kind to us. We had a very serious event happen earlier this year that resulted in emergency surgery for one. They were so amazing and caring. It wasnt just a job to them, it was a family member they were helping and it showed. My husband and I are beyond grateful for that. The surgery went perfectly and our cat recovered in record time due to the skill of the staff. I believe they saved his life. If you want personalized and caring attention, honest billing and people who truly love animals... GO HERE.

Having just moved to Burnsville and adopting a puppy, I was thrilled to know that BPAH is just a few blocks from my residence! In the past year, I have come to know the staff incredibly well, mostly due to my pup running into a series of trouble that needed their attention. Needless to say, I have come to appreciate and respect the compassion and care the staff provides. Im provided with thorough recommendations and options, and the staff is always remarkably friendly and positive. Dr Kamrath and Dr Bartsch have eased my mind when my worries have whelmed me, and the followup calls to check in on my pup are the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a responsible, efficient vet!

The service at Burnsville Parkway Animal Hospital is great!! We had just gotten a new puppy and were looking for a vet and this place is close to home. We were also planning to take our puppy out of the country with us for our vacation and every other veterinarian we contact did not seem interested in our puppy or in trying to help us fill out the forms that we needed. At Burnsville Parkway Animal Hospital, they were happy to help us with the forms and when they didnt know something they made sure that they got their questions answered. They also answered all of the questions that I had, and they were very interested in our puppy and our new journey as new puppy owners.

I needed to get my cat a laser front declaw. I was so beyond nervous because my car is like my baby. At Burnsville parkway animal hospital, the staff is beyond wonderful. They explained everything to me and reassured me. I dropped my cat off on a Monday morning and I was able to visit her later that day. She had to stay over for two nights and Im so greatful for a wonderful staff. They truly care about their patients and the caregivers. I highly recommend them and will most definitely use their services again. Thank you for taking care of my baby! They are very reasonably priced and that was just the bonus. Thank you so much again!

When I first got my kitten, Skitty, from animal control about a year ago, I brought her in to BPAH for her first check-up/ shots. The staff was so helpful and sweet, and more than willing to give me all the information I needed on her care. They even gave me a discount because she was a rescue! It was then that we decided BPAH was "our vet". We recently brought her in to be spayed, and the staff was very comforting and gave me regular (and honest) updates about how she was doing. They knew I was nervous leaving her over night and accommodated that very well. Thanks again BPAH! Your service means a lot!

We have been bringing our cat here since we adopted him, and will continue to be loyal customers. The staff is very helpful and friendly and they really care about your pet. I never feel rushed or leave without my questions answered. They are happy to give you an estimate for the suggested services, as you know how quickly those charges can add up. I dont think they overcharge, the prices seem very reasonable and inline with other vet offices in the area. I remember seeing something a couple of months ago about housecalls. That is GREAT customer service! Overall my family is very happy with BPAH.

From the minute I walked in the door everyone was kind, caring and they really DO want to help! We were taken immediately into an exam room and the Vet assistant went through all of my concerns and issues, did a brief but thorough exam of (dog in my case) and then waited for the Vet. (The wait time was not long at all.) The Vet did a thorough exam and discussed health problems, treatments and options. I felt at ease knowing she was in good hands and in the care of professionals This was my first visit to BPAH, but I assure you it will not be my last. Very impressed!

I chose this Vet for their $1 new patient special, and I walked away happy with my choice. Everyone there was super friendly. I was watching my 8-month old niece and had a 2 month old puppy in the room, and the attendant checked in on me a few times to see if I needed help with both of them. They also explained everything I was asking about and gave me a great estimate for a future service with a range of choices to add or stay at the lowest price. Wonderful people and service -we will be going back here for all our Veterinary Services!

I moved here from Kansas 4yrs. ago and never thought that I could find a vet clinic as good as the one I had but low and behold by trial and investigation I researched all the places around a 5miles area and was lucky enough to discover Burnsville Parkway Animal hospital. They are caring beyond words and treat the "parents" as well as your pet. I appreciate the time they take and the Drs. are all amazing. I changed to BPAH to have a less travel distance because we all know cats and car rides dont usually mix. Im happy I did, not only for the shorter drive but minimal stress to my cats. Im addition, the vet techs and main vet were incredible. The way they handled my cats and actively showed care and interest for them with never have met them was amazing. Prices are comparable to other clinics in the area. I couldnt ask more from a new animal hospital. Thank you BPAH for your love of animals.
