I have very positive experiences in all areas of the Cannon Valley Veterinary Clinic. With 2 small dogs I have had routine visits with caring, friendly Vets who answer all my questions and take the time I require. Even more than the annual Vet visit, I use the day care and boarding services they provide. Here, too, there is an outgoing, friendly staff who by now know my dogs by name and greet them with enthusiasm when we arrive. The dogs start barking with wild tail wagging when we pull up which tells me they like it there as well. I feel absolutely confident that the dogs are well cared for whenever I am away. I have also used the day care when I am going to be gone for extended hours during the day. I feel very fortunate to live in Northfield with this outstanding clinic that helps me provide the best care I can for me dogs.

My cat, Missy, is 12 years old and hates car rides. By the time we got to clinic, she had totaled her carrier from nerves. We got into our room, Jennifer, the vet tech took the carrier and Missy to the back for a bath, no problem. Missy came back into the room and settled down under a chair. Dr Kasey Peterson came in and checked her over, not rushing Missy a all. She got Missy to come to her twice from under that chair!! Missy obviously likes her!! Two injections later, still no fuss. Awesome!! Getting Missy back into a clean carrier was a two person job, handled quickly with minimal fuss. Yes!! A very good visit!! Good people who obviously love and understand pets.

We have taken our companion animals, both permanent family members and rescue fosters, to Cannon Valley Veterinary Clinic for 20 years and would never consider taking them elsewhere. The vets and staff at Cannon Valley Veterinary Clinic are professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and have always made us feel like family. They take the time to explain all treatment options to us and, rather than always pushing the most expensive option, only give us advice and counsel if we ask for it. They are in veterinary medicine for the right reasons and we trust them implicitly with the care of our beloved multi-legged family members. We recommend them to everyone we know.

My dog Oliver should be writing this review, but since he is busy napping, I will fill in for him. The folks at Cannon Valley Vet, especially the Doggy Daycare staff do an excellent job. Oliver tells me he always has a great time when he goes there. The staff are considerate and caring, and he loves everybody who works there. They are always happy to see him, and he says the days he spends there are filled with fun and lots of activities. I appreciate the great treatment Oliver receives while he is there. I am confident he receives the best possible care while he is there. Oh, and Oliver says the other dogs at DDC are a pretty cool bunch too!

I have been taking my large dogs to the Cannon Valley Vet Clinic for over 8 years. Whether we need a small tech service like a toe-nail clip, an examination, or some surgery, it always feels like were coming to see and work with family. All the staff, from receptionist to vet techs, to doctors, make you feel like youre a vital part of the team that cares for your pet, fully discussing options and providing great, timely follow-up to any treatment. Everyone on staff also gets to know your pet individually through lots of affectionate, but very observant interaction. I recommend Cannon Valley vet most highly!

Everyone at Cannon Valley Vet Clinic are amazing. My dog Cali had been going there on and off for 9 years, this Sept she started to act funny like wouldnt eat hard food or drink water, Dr Passe help so much to do anything and everything he could do to help us figure out what was wrong with her. Unfortunately she a tumor in her head that was deteriorating all her muscles, and I had to make the hardest decision of my life and put her down so she wouldnt suffer anymore. I just truly want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart that helped! It means a lot! Thank you

I have been taking Harry Truman to Cannon Valley Vet Clinic since I adopted him five years ago. He has pancreatitis, and they take such good care of him. I board him at the Pet Hotel frequently, and the staff treats him like a royal family member! I love the "report cards" they give him letting me know how things went while I was gone. Perfect Pet Place!

The only thing I can say is that there fantastic. There lobby is comfortable and well spaced out, and clean. The Vets are what really stand out. Kind, caring, listen to you worries and talk you through all the steps needed to help you furry loved one. Best clinic Ive been to. I would highly recommend it.

They are so caring---so considerate of the pets they are handling, and of the clients who have brought them in. Example: a candle by the receptionists desk warning incoming clients that a beloved pet is being euthenized, so please moderate voices.
