Ive heard absolutely great things about Paws and Claws, so I decided to give it a try. But Im pretty disappointed with my experience so far. Ive taken my pup there a handful of times, and have never actually met Dr. White. My dog is just whisked into the back and Im told Ill be called when shes finished. That frustrates me a little. Also, the front desk receptionist that Ive spoken to the last few visits hasnt been very kind. Not a great way to introduce people to your clinic and encourage them to stay. I think Ill be sticking with the vet Ive been using for the last three years instead of switching. However, the office is clean and I really like the email reminders about appointments.

The Vet was amazing and very helpful, however the Vet Techs were quite unprofessional and pushy. I wanted to split up the last parvo etc booster and Rabies, just to be safe. However the techs tried to scare me into doing the rabies vaccine then stated as to test for rabies you have to cut off the dogs head and test the brain. I was already well aware of this and did not appreciate them trying to force me into it when I planned to get the rabies vaccine in the near future anyway. I will be going to a different vet only because of their vet techs.

I have been taking my pets to Paws & Claws Animal Hospital for about ten years. Dr. White saved my dog over New Years. My dog was in the hospital, and she was near death. She checked up on my dog over the holiday, and she ended up bringing her back to life. I cant say enough about her, she is wonderful.

I am a huge fan of Paws & Claws Animal Hospital, I take my dogs there for their annual checkup and shots. I have have two little dogs and I take them for teeth cleanings and it worked out beautifully. Ive always had good luck with any kind of conditions - if they have any she treats them immediately.

Normally they do a great job of housing pets. But suck at nail triming. My dog walked out bandaged up on several occasion. They cut too much of the nail bed caused him to bleed all over the place. We havent been back since.
