My cat had a UTI. I dropped him off at 7:30 and called around 11 when no one called me. I explained multiple times I needed to pick him up by 4. They said no progress, he hadnt went pee. I called back around 2:30, and they acted like it was weird I was calling, and no one knew I needed to be there by 4. The vet, Rebecca, proceeded to call me. When I said it makes me uncomfortable that no one has any info on my cat and its an hour and a half till I pick him up, her immediate response was for me to find another veterinarian. They wanted to wait to do a $36 urinalysis for the UTI they said he had, which I was fine leaving him overnight, but that wasnt even offered, but 4 was an issue. If a business owners first response to something uncomfortable is to move on, there will be no customers left. It was all a huge misunderstanding that no one took the time to understand. The times I had been there before, some of the front desk people were really snobby. Im always cheerful; its a requirement of my job and its how I choose to live my life. I have no place in a business that will just tell off a confused customer.

Every single person I have met that works here has been beyond lovely. After moving into Springfield, I have visited a few different vets around the city and Spring Valley has, without a doubt, the greatest staff and they have been consistently wonderful with their care for my pets. In the time that I have been seeing them for veterinary services, I have had to bring in two of my pets for emergency visits. I never left feeling overwhelmed or as though I didnt fully understand my pets condition. Dr. Skinner and Dr. Berlin were both very patient with my concerns and knowledgeable in their explanations. I could not recommend any of the veterinary hospitals in the area more highly than Spring Valley.

WOW! I called yesterday to schedule an annual physical + shots for my big dogs. We were seen this morning at 10:45. The clinic was obviously busy (the techs told several patients that theyd had a number of emergencies this morning), but the entire staff was completely professional and made sure that we got everything we needed. One of the techs even helped us out to the car after our appointment since I had my hands full, despite being busy. One of my dogs needed blood work and the vet called with results right after lunch. I got the impression that spending a few extra minutes to talk with patients was normal here. Fantastic! We ❤️ our new vet!

The door was open when we got there a few minutes early and the girl who checked Moon in was very friendly. Youre lucky if Im even talking to you this early. She was professional and upbeat. We signed some forms and even though the adults were obviously rushed she recognized that the girls were concerned and made sure before we left that they each got a hug. Perfect. Moon recovered very quickly. I wanted to stop her from jumping around and playing with the other two cats. Didnt seem to phase her at all. Ive never known cats until I met my fiancee. This girl, Moon, I realize is MY cat. Im very happy with Spring Vally.

I went to Spring Valley multiple times. The front secretary was rude and but my big problem is I went to them many times about concerns for my dog. They pushed them aside charged me for what seemed like unneeded shots for something other then what I was coming to them about. I only came to them because I recently had moved to Springfield and driving to south ozark was inconvenient. I ended up going back to my old vet this past week. And my dog ended up needing emergency surgery for the issues I was concerned and went to them about. So thank you spring valley for wasting my time, my money, and putting my dogs life in jeopardy.

what is the difference with one person to another with their pets to the vet.the difference is....the clients youve told to go to this vet(I trust this vet) gets a free recheck.the vet comes into the clinic on he/she day off to take care of this animal ! then their is me.loyal to this vet..... on disability gets charged for a recheck ! one has a far better income than the other.not the vets fault. the question is....what did I do to this vet to make he/she charge me for the recheck? on a more positive note spring valley vet hospital is a great place to take your animals!! vets and staff are great people

The girls at the front desk are amazing! Even though I treat my dogs monthly for fleas, I recently found a couple on them. I normally would have to buy a large package of Capstar, but was able to buy just what I needed from Spring Valley. They even keep Knockout in stock. Both of these items were less expensive then the pet stores. No matter how strange or the frequency of my phone calls, the assistants are always polite, cheerful, and extremely helpful! Dr. Rebecca Skinner is a nice addition also! Thank you Spring Valley!

This was a fairly pleasant first visit. We took our dog here to get his puppy boosters. the front desk was friendly. I would have liked the vet to take a bit of time to talking to me. He seemed like he was a in a bit of a rush. That said the place was clean and well kept. I was not blown away by anything though. I dont have any major loyalties to the place. I will keep using them unless I find something better.

We take both of our dogs, a husky and a golden retriever to get summer cuts every year. They are amazing. The dogs are well taken care off and they look amazing afterwards. They are also very affordable. If you need a place besides the dog store chains that is safe, clean, and get great value for the dollar this is the place to go.

Just had my first visit. I really was pleased with everyone there very polite and friendly. When I got home Dr Skinner called me to ask if I had anymore questions for her. I was very impressed with her. I take my cat back in 30 days so I will write an update on my second visit.

I am a foster with rescue one and they just squeezed are chocolate lab foster in over a lunch break from a swollen site from surgery. Dr. Berlin could not have been any nicer. Thank you for taking care of all the dogs with rescue one. I really appreciate you.

This vet is simply amazing. He has treated my dog for 7 years, two ferrets for years and a new puppy. Our pets love them, they are affordable, their service is outstanding. I recommend them to anyone with a pet.
