This is the nicest group of people I have ever met in my life! Dr Burke has helped me through a lot first my dog of 11 years slipped a disc in his spine and could no longer move his back legs. ( he was a mastiff) I took him to Dr Burke and Dr Burke did every thing he could to help me and my dog but was very honest with me about him not thinking my dog would come out of it. But he still helped me and tried to do what he could. Turned out he was right my dog could not be helped with out needing surgery a very expensive surgery at that and not even that would tell me it would make him better. So after several months of helping me care for my very big dog we had to lay him to rest. He walked me through the whole thing knowing my family and I were a mess. He even cremated my baby for me and gave a puppy paw memorial of his paw print and at Christmas gave me an ornament Donna was amazing too all the staff there was. Then later we got a new puppy and they have been there every step of the way for us there as well my boxer is naughty and has had a couple emergency issues and Dr Burke was fantastic with him and got him all better quick. We also did the dog training classes they offer and Donna the trainer is so amazing and just knows dogs very well and PIGS! You heard it she trained a pig in our class and the pig actually learned quicker then my puppy! lol well any ways best Vet around for small animals and Big XL Dogs! hope this helps!

Dr. Burke and his staff get nothing but my highest consideration when recommending a vet clinic for your pet. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Burke does a great job with our two dogs. Best vet clinic around. Dr. Burke is great with the pets and his staff is super friendly and helpful. I live in Des Moines and still bring my animals to Knoxville because I trust him the most. They treat your pets as their own and care about each and every one of them.
