Appointments keep being moved back and had spacers for 6 weeks which is unsanitary so I eventually took them out. Tried to schedule an appointment for a broken bracket and they hung up the phone twice. Unhelpful people on the phone but in person they are okay but most of our appointments are messed up. I do not recommend going here for braces, they have new dentist who are not skilled enough to be working with braces. Lady twisted a wire around my bracket, I took it out at home with scissors by myself because they eventually started tearing up my mouth-when I did this, I realized there was no point of the wire being there in the first place. I do not know what she was trying to do. She also put chains in my mouth that stopped in the middle of the bracket tearing up my mouth and causing pain. Eventually took toothpicks and fixed t myself. Might be wondering why I keep doing everything myself? Because the staff is unhelpful and push my problems away when I address it. Once came in told them my bracket is going to fall off and I heard a crack earlier they just told me everything is fine, an hour later it came off :). Whats the harm of giving me a new bracket anyways? It wouldnt hurt. Sadly I cant find a new dentist, everyone is saying if I already have braces I cant switch but I hope customer service improves and dental work is done better with actually skilled people. I am sitting in pain because of my braces right now :) (which one dentist told me that braces visit is every 23 days but I had an appointment around last month and Im not getting another one until may! ... thats a while)

We waited so long we watched the dentist leave before us! I booked a double appointment for my two children to get sealants about a 20 minute procedure. My daughter was seen after waiting about 40 mins was in and done about 20 mins later. We waited another 40 mins after that to ask when my son would be seen. The woman then tells my husband they never checked my son in and we might have to reschedule. Now first off I obviously wrote both their names on the sign in log and walked up the the counter with 2 kids. The woman said we were all checked in. Second at one point during the wait before my daughter was seen my husband gave someone behind the counter both their names to make sure we hadnt missed them calling our names since it had been so long and the place was full of loud kids. The person "looked it up" said they were on the schedule and would be seen soon. How do these people have so little track of their appointments that they mark one sibling here and the other a no show. Back to the woman behind the counter I stepped in and said I dont think we should have to come back another time. They got him in and while we were waiting I watched one of the dentists go home because it was just about closing time. We were there 2 and 1/2 hours in total! They apologized but this wasnt the first time weve waited too long or had less than professional service. Im still debating if well go back in 6 months for their next cleaning. The kids seem to enjoy the playground, reward toys and staff that actually takes care of their teeth.

My experience with KoolSmiles today was HORRIBLE! I wont judge every KoolSmiles from my experience today and I hope nobody has gone through what I did today. My sons appointment was @9am. We get there at 840am expecting paperwork, but the lady at the desk said there was no paperwork needed today. In my mind Im thinkin "Great. We can get in and get out" since it was only 1 lady waiting with her son when we got there. 915am more people are walking in, and I noticed they were being seen before us. 948am, Im irritated with these rowdy kids cause they are jumping off the play area jungle gym thing. (Not KoolSmiles fault) but the kids are big enough to read the sign, and the parents were allowing their kids to run wild. I tell the lady at the desk we had been waiting for over an hour and we showed up early for his appointment. 10mins later we are called back. Then that lady asks us to wait while she gets a tray. Fine. She had givin my son a small book and an ink pen, cause they ran out of crayons. Cool. But 5mins after that my son, 3yrs, is frustrated with this colorless pen so I decided to leave. I ask another lady (which she said she was the manager) which way is out because I always get confused leaving, and she asked me what was I waiting on and I tell her everything that happened. Then to leave to see the lady that originally brought us to the back handling paperwork in the waiting room. Needless to say my son didnt get seen today and I will not make another appointment at KoolSmiles, at least not that 1.

My experience was terrible. I will never go back to this location. I went for my first appt and they said they had to reschedule me for a day the oral surgeon would be in the office. I was rescheduled for a Thursday at 11:00. I arrived 15 minutes early and checked in with the desk. I waited with my daughter being cranky for an hour and a half to be called. When I was finally called up to the desk they told me that I could not be seen because the oral surgeon is only in the office on Mondays. I had my childs father take time off work to sit with her, just to be told after an hour and a half of waiting that I could not be taken. I just do not understand why they scheduled me on that day if the oral surgeon was not going to be there and I do not understand why I wasnt told at check-in. The employees were too worried about personal conversation to do their jobs correctly. I asked the lady that told me they could not follow through with my visit why they scheduled me on a Thursday if the surgeon is only in the office on Mondays and why they didnt tell me before I sat and waited for almost 2 hours. All she had to say was I dont have an answer for you.

Im writing this under my memaws google account, I was actually the one seen at Kool Smiles today. When I went there I thought they were going to take xrays and tell me what need to be done. I thought it would take another appointment and more money than it actually cost. I was surprised at the cost. They pulled my wisdom tooth that was breaking apart and hurting really bad. The dentist was nice but Ms JJ really took the cake. She made me feel like I was the only patient she had to take care of that day. She explained to me and my memaw everything that was going to happen before and after, what to do and not to do. She was so pleasant to have as a nurse, especially in a dentist office. She even explained about getting the other wisdom tooth taken out and even offered to schedule it. I think Ms. JJ and Dr. Salem and Dr. Sharif were very professional. Ill be back to see them next month. I really like the way that they moved the play area and closed it in and put TVs around the office. Austin
