I gave them two stars because the staff is honestly very nice, but I was overall very dissatisfied with our care there. I had a dental assistant numb my mouth without asking me, I understand she was trying to do a nice thing, but it was NOT what I wanted and it made my situation worse. I dont think a person should ever give someone any type of medicine (even a pain reliever) without asking first unless its a true medical emergency. We have made appointments and had to wait 45 minutes past our appointment time just to get called to a room. My husband had a temporary crown put on and told the dentist that he didnt feel like it was secure. He was told it was fine but later on in the day it broke. It didnt even make it a whole day. He had to take time off of work (a precious commodity for us) to go get it fixed. It was very frustrating considering he had told them he didnt think it was right. It broke once more before he got his permanent crown too. That is just the highlights among why we wont be returning.

The front desk people are nice, but I have never cared for the dentist. He is root canal happy! I had an appt on July 12th it was supposed to be June 29th, but they had to reschedule okay fine no big deal. I come in July 12th for a cleaning and x-rays then to tell me my dentist was not there and the other one doesnt want to see me and confuse things?!? So I had to make another appt for my dentist to look over my x rays and get my treatment plan which was worth $6,000 out of my pocket ( thats with insurance) yes I will get another opinion. I ask to have my records released and I signed the paper to have that done and was told if it doesnt get done Friday. That I will for sure have it emailed to me by Monday. Well its Tuesday and I still dont have them. Im moving very soon and find this very unprofessional and inconvenient!

I dont recommend this office to people who are busy. I am sitting in their office now posting my review. Front desk is friendly. However, I dont think its professional to have a patient wait 45 minutes beyond the scheduled time to be seen. At the 45 minute mark I had to ask the receptionist if there was a problem otherwise my daughter would still be sitting waiting to be seen. Perhaps some people dont mind spending hours in a dental office but for those that have things to do, this isnt the place for you. I cant even speak on the service they provide because the wait is so miserable and the office is so cold that Im not even sure it matters to me how well they may service patients beyond these facts.

Ive been to more than a few dentists in the area. Im not a fan of the larger practices that dont know your name and you get a different hygienist every visit. Crossroads is amazing, from the receptionist that greets you, the X-ray technician that begins treatment and the Dr, with her gentle touch and vast knowledge. They are encouraging and supportive of dental health and extremely warm and welcoming. Im so lucky to have found this practice comepletely by chance!!

It was my first experience at this office and I hope it was a fluke! Im a new patient and I was there for a comprehensive exam, so I showed up 15 minutes early as instructed and waited at least 40 minutes before getting X-rays. Then went back to the waiting room and waited another 20 minutes before being seen! I dont know if this was over booking but it shouldnt happen! The people were very friendly which is why I gave them a 3!

I called and made a appointment because of tooth pain. I received an appointment for two weeks. I waited dealing with pain only for them to cancel my appointment the day before. I would have been a new patient but i would pull out my own tooth with a set of pliers before i would call them back.dont waste your time people. I now see their reviews and wished i would have read them beforehand.

if you have an 8 am appointment, they are ready for you at 8 am. They are efficient by sending reminders via calling and/or texting; up-to-daye with their equipment and procedures. The staff is always professional, friendly and treat you like family. I have been a client of Dr. Lanier for at least 10 years and I am quite happy with her and her staff treating my family.

Dedicated friendly staff who really care for each and every patient. Today was difficult for me because I have a fear of the "drill". I hate the sound smell and feel of it. They made me comfortable and talked to me throughout the procedure. Im still afraid but I will return. I had no pain during or after they done. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Fun yet professional staff, Dr. Boyd did my root canal yesterday and Dr. Lanier did my exam the previous day. I felt a little nervous at first, but as I got to meet the friendly staff I relaxed and let them do their thing. Maeghan and the other staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. I think I have finally found a good honest dentistry.

Terrible. If this were the last dentistry in the world, Id turn to my pliers. I should have guessed by the other 2 patients who stormed out cursing what scum these people are. A couple of important facts: NO, they do not do sedation dentistry. YES, they will unabashedly lie to get you into a chair. Again, avoid at all costs. 0/10

Dr. Angela Lanier and her staff are very professional from the front desk to the dental staff. Dr Lainer show very nice bedside manner and professionalism to you about your teeth. She tell you whats going on - which is very good and on point. They help you in any way possible. I enjoy going there no pain

The staff was very friendly. I typed in the wrong address which made me late and the secretary was very nice and understanding. The dental assistant was very warm and welcoming. The dentist was very funny and nice. And best of all, they take Tricare! Great place if youre looking for a new dentist!

Today was my 2 year olds first teeth cleaning. Tiffany was AMAZING!! I cant say enough about how welcoming and fun the staff was. Tiffany was not only energetic and fun but she let my daughter try all the tools even the water gun and help her brush and suction.
