Dr. Helland gave me my life back. Id been in and out of wheelchairs since I was 14. I have multiple back issues that most docs didnt want anything to do with except preside pain killers with no solution except surgery. Because I was young I didnt want a cage around my disks I just decided to live with the pain. March 17th 2012 was the day I decided to see Dr. Helland, best day of my life! Ive been able to walk since. I have slipped a disk a few times since and had migraines, I immediately go to Dr. Helland and Im fixed. No contracts either!

Dr Helland knows what he is talking about. He doesnt adjust anything that doesnt need adjusting, no sales pitches pushing you to come back, and as far as the pain - no more nerve px in the neck and shoulder and my low back/pelvic area has more stability and strength than it has had in years. As a result the crepitis or "grinding" in the knees has reduced significantly and my body overall has less discomfort. I would recommend Dr. Helland to anyone.
