Make an appointment! I was a walk-in, arrived 50 minutes before another appt I had in the same building. It wasnt near enough. They hadnt even asked me for my insurance card yet. I had to go to the imaging appt. and come back, and then was put back at the bottom of the list. To be fair, the lady went ahead and took my insurance card when I got back, but it was a loooong afternoon. Everyone was friendly and nice, but the wait was a pain. Again, they take appointments now, which I didnt know.

No stars, horrible wait times, made an appointment and still sat in an empty waiting room for 30 minutes. Ive been getting my blood drawn monthly for 33 years and this is the worst place I have ever been to. I just got hung up on by their automated phone. Didnt even bother transferring me when it couldnt help me. This place is horrendous.

Horrible customer service from this horrible woman Last time I was here they didnt even run my blood tests STAT like the order said and we didnt get our results on time.

I have been there twice and the wait times are 40+ mins the girls are nice but they are very short staffed so unless you have all day dont go!
