Ive never had any problems or issues with this govt healthcare clinic. I also have to add that if you dont have to pay for your doctor visits, eye appointment visits and/or ANY of your prescription medications what are you really complaining about? This medical facility is professional and they provide the best medical care possible. Taking into account that they have to see ALL uniformed military members, ALL their dependants, many retirees and probably other public health and/or govt employees - they do a very good job! The healthcare business model there is designed so that you DO NOT have to drive away from your doctors appointment to another pharmacy (CVS, Walgreens, etc) where you would have to fill your prescriptions off site. (And I AM SURE have another 1/2 day wait.) They fill your rxs on site and you can come back from them later if needed. Go grab lunch or something. Im sure how people treat these reviewers is completely based on their own attitudes & dispositions. Be grateful you have healthcare people - and you pay either NO out-of-pocket expenses or very minimal. Honest to God I am surprised there are adults here who gave 1-stars reviews & had the nerve to complain or criticize 1 single bit. I say grow a backbone, be thankful for the care you have and stop complaining about it! Or go pay $900+/month for something even worse!!! Healthcare on the civilian side is really really bad. I invite you to go try it out for yourself

Very rude staff handling appointment lines, everyone here seems confused including some of the doctors and nurses. The appointment staff schedulers cant handle any questions and immediately transfer you to the nurse line in which you have to leave a message. Why are you transferring patients to the nurses line when we are calling for an appt. ? ......then the nurse redirects you back to the appointment line !!!!! Also very long wait times, the worst healthcare center Ive been to. Would not recommend this place to anyone, there is nothing but problems.

We were here early. We are now 45 minutes past our appointment time and still have not been seen. We only need a shot for school so we are staying but their policy is if you are 15 minutes late you have to reschedule. Ive been here before and did not think the nurse we had was very friendly or professional. She dismissed everything I had to say. I know they cant be great all the time so we we were trying again. Its time for a change for us.

Be prepared to take at least a half day from work for a medical appointment, and a whole day if you also need a prescription. The staff is inefficient, and the doctors have no "bedside manor". I do not feel like anyone here truly cares about my families health or well being. Very disappointing that this seems to be an acceptable culture in a facility for veterans and military families.

Im active duty. I was told by a doctor that I was better off getting my own health insurance and seeing a civilian doctor. She had dismissed all my claims of back lower back pain and that she was new and didnt understand all of this military medical stuff.

Just moved to the area and the Psychologist I was referred to was incredibly judgmental and dismissive. Suggested I went ,"Doctor shopping". Was really disappointed
