My kids (10,8 & 5) have been coming to see Dr Pham for years now. It never occurred to me to write a review for him until today. My son is 8 years old and is playing first base on his baseball team this year. Well, last night, the ball took a bad last minute hop and hit him square in the mouth. Needless to say, we knew we had to rush him to the dentist and luckily Dr Pham was available. He waited in his office for us until we arrived. He then proceeded to calmly speak with my son and reassure him that everything was going to be ok. Dr Pham then proceeded to xray my son, issue Novocain and repair the damage all in under 30 minutes. To a dentist, this may all be in a days work. To a very anxious 8 year old boy and nervous wreck of a father, Dr Pham was a calming hero! I told Dr Pham how much I had admired how he gently spoke to my son, worked quickly and efficiently all the while remaining calm and assuring. He may have saved my sons tooth, but more importantly, he gained my familys trust forever. I admire someone who can not only do their job effectively, but also take the time to be a good person who cares. Dr. Pham has always been great with my kids and they enjoy coming for Dentist visits. Hopefully we wont have another emergency, but I know that if we did, I would have no hesitation in calling on Dr Pham again! Thank you for being awesome!

If I had 10 stars I would do it!! I cannot say enough about this AMAZING office!!! Priscilla and Kat at the front desk are truly the best--Priscilla gave me more information about my coverage then my insurance company and was so thoughtful to make sure that I knew everything before I came in!!! Then when I arrived, I was helped right away, check in was super easy and efficient (all digital) and I was taken right away by Carmen who was also AMAZING! I am a total WIMP when it comes to the dentist and dont even like to have my teeth cleaned.. She was gentle and checked in with me the whole time :) Dr. B is of course great as well and came right over to check in and then Carmen finished my cleaning... The girls were friendly and helpful on my way out and got my next visit all scheduled! I was in and out in less than an hour and still smiling :) My insurance only covers 70% of my visit, and I still choose this office for all my dental needs!!! SImply the best!

This dental group is a one stop shop. They have ortho, pediatrics, and dental for us older folks. From the welcoming front desk personnel, to the every individual that works here, you will be taken care of. They are friendly people yes, but also extremely professional and easy to work with. Before they start any kind of work, they give me a break down of cost so there are never any surprises. I couldnt ask for a better group for my whole family and I am so thankful to have found them!!

The orthodontist that I see here is Dr. Kis. His staff and he are remarkable. The receptionist are always welcoming, quick and affable. Seating within the office is spread out and theres more lighting. Great result after renovation a few years ago. Plenty of free parking in the lot and a wonderful, small rest garden at the front or back entrances.

Everyone in Dr. Wests office is extremely nice and accommodating. I was referred to Dr. West by a friend of mine, and since my first visit for my Invisalign consultation Ive had nothing but a great experience. Kat, Serena and Dr. West are especially helpful and friendly.

I am a dental phobic (sp) and have been all my life. This is one of the few dental offices of which I have no second thoughts about keeping an appointment and I do so every 3 months. The other dental office was in NYC "a bridge too far" .
