The First time I went there, because I saw that they were open on Saturdays. (which I liked so I would NOT have to take time off of work!) I was a walk-in after 2 years of leaving my dentist (his service was going downhill for the last 5 years and he was never open on fri & sat) When I walked in at 9:30(Saturday) I saw a guy at the reception. He was nice and he joked around with me while I filling out the questionnaire. The hygienists who did my X-rays and cleaning were nice. When I went back to do my fillings and went to the reception/front desk. the guy moved over.....he was replaced by a girl, this girl was rude, not even playing around with me when I was trying to tease her about paying money. She later told me that they are going to no longer be open on Saturday. My jaw dropped. I than stated that the only/main reason I chose them was that their reviews AND they were open. I hope my X-rays will be able to be transferred when I find a new dentist. and....hope getting fillings will not hurt that much. (I dont remember getting novacaine for fillings with my old dentist but it was also awhile)

To Dani Bailey, I am not sure how you arrived at the allegations you made towards the manager, nonetheless, office protocol aside, it is just common courtesy to call in and cancel a scheduled (and confirmed) appointment if an unforeseen circumstance prevents you from keeping that commitment. Habitual "no shows, no call" as you have first-hand knowledge of, are only a factor when a patient has repeatedly abused our scheduling to the point where it adversely effects our other patients ability to get on the schedule (i.e an emergency patient had to wait needlessly). It is only after the number of occurrences escalates to an intolerable level, that we are forced to resort to charging a $50 fee... which is actually a nice way of saying "find another dentist that will tolerate such disrespect for their time".

Lets see the doctors are OKAY but the staff ..... lets just say I made an appointment and was called MORE then 4 times within the week as it had or needed to be changed on their end. And a word to the wise WATCH your account as I had a credit and was never informed of this but was still expected to pay co-pays that were LESS then my credit on the account, after inquiring about my credit and why is was not being taken into account or why I was never informed the response was "well you never asked". I agree with the previous review its clear The manager is definitely on "something" needless to say I wont be recommending them to any family or co - workers

Dr. Shih performed a root canal for me. No pain or discomfort. He also discovered the reason I needed a root canal was that the crown on that tooth was too big. I had just been to my regular dentist 3 weeks prior ab and had full X-rays done. Dr Shih also found two more teeth that my dentist had not filled properly . One tooth is on its way to a root canal so Dr Shih is going to fix these filling to help me avoid future root canals. Dr Shih is very thorough and Meticulous about the work he does. EXCELLENT dentist!!!

Service was outstanding from the moment you walk through the door. Each member of staff goes out of their way to make sure each customer is taken cared of in the utmost timely and efficient manner and with a smile. The doctor was extremely efficient when it came to all 7 of my fillings. They are consistent with working with your schedule and your insurance coverage. Location is ideal and convenient. I highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone who wants only the best when it comes to dental care.

I had an extremely painful tooth problem and within 20 minutes of contacting them at 8am i was in their office and being cared for by the most courteous, professional and knowledgeable staff. They took the fear out of dentist for me and I recommend them to everyone.

I have encountered nothing but great work and friendly staff at Peccole Family Dental. I had a root canal performed, which went very well. I was also pleased by the follow up and the quality of personalized care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Moore!

Dr. Shih and his staff are super friendly and very professional. They work with you and your insurance so you dont get a crazy surprise bill. Dr. Shih is very thorough in his exams. Cant say enough about this office!
