I have been taking my kids to this Dentist for years. I have TWO sets of twins. This is what Ive experienced today. This is why I have removed them from this dentist. I made the twins a dental appointment two weeks ago for this Saturday 03/10/17...two weeks ago. This appointment is for a cleaning for all four of them. The dentist office called me today to confirm and they advised they called to verify insurance and they couldnt confirm RayGn. Im use to this, therefore I called the insurance company and they confirmed she was covered and then placed me on hold and called the dentist office and confirmed to them. The insurance company told the dental office they had to send in some type of form for RayGn. Well the dentist office called me back and said that they wanted to assure she was covered and asked if I could reschedule RayGn for another date. Let me give you a bit of history...I have been taking the twins to this dentist since each of them were a year old. They are now almost 16 and 13. Got that? Ok. So I asked the dentist office; "Do you understand this is TWO sets of twins and we have been customers for years?" She said "yeah." So I said, so youre telling me you want me to inconvenience myself by coming back for another appointment for one kid, when I make appointments like this to get them out of the way quickly. She said [and I quote] "Well its up to you on what you do BUT we WONT see RayGn tomorrow." So I politely said "THANK YOU. You may now permanently remove ALL FOUR of them from your roster as they will no longer be patients at RIGHTWAY DENTAL 3501 Shepherd Ln, Balch Springs, TX 75180." I then called my dentist and secured four appointments them. To say initially I was annoyed to the highest degree but NOPE I will NOT allow anyone or anything to steal my JOY TODAY!!! They just loss four LONG TIME patients and now they have an approximate THREE hour time frame that is WIDE OPEN! But thats their business not my concern! I am HOWEVER going to send an email to their Corporate office. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM! TODAY I RECEIVED THE ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I HAVE TO HIGHLIGHT A STAR IN ORDER TO POST THIS BUT I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!! MI BABY TENIA CITA A LAS 2:15 Y ENTRE A LAS 3:20 Y CUANDO ENTRO XFIN CON EL DENTISTA SOLO ME DIJO QUE VOLVIERA EN 3 MESES Y ME HICIERON ESPEREAR OTRA HORA PARA QUE SOLO ME DIJERAN QUE ELLOS ME LLAMABAN PARA DARME LA PROXIMA CITA . SON SUPER LENTOS Y TE DEJAN MUCHO EN ESPERA!!!
Complete waste of time. Went for a cleaning, after an hour and a half waiting, I left. Why book me a time when there was no time to clean? Not going back!
