By far the best experience I had!!! I came because of the reviews and I expected to have amaizing service and I did! The second I entered I got greeted by Lily with a big smile and who was ready to help me. Check in was very fast, I was in and out within an hour and i had several things done during my visit. My assistant Maria was awesome she seriously made me feel like Ive known her for years everyone made the experience so fun and relaxing. I was not expecting to have fun at a dental office visit, but the team at smiley definitely made me feel so comfortable ! Dr. Nancy Mizuno was amazing, you can tell she enjoys what she does and really takes care of you and also made me feel so comfortable with the procedure and explaining everything to me! I was debating about going to another dental office before arriving, but Im so glad I chose Smiley in Balch springs, Im looking forward to my next visit! Thanks girls!

Im terrified of the dentist, needles, and the pain that comes along with it. But the male Dr (I forgot his name) and he staff, especially Elizabeth, were so patient with me. They knew how terrified I was so they would take my vitals in the car because just walking in the office made my blood pressure increase. That was a big plus with me. Then the procedure and the pain was minimal. Throughout the procedure they made sure to inquire about my pain level. The care and attention that I received was totally different than I experienced from my last dentist. Their whole team is awesome

I had a fun experience. Lilly and Elizabeth were very sociable and comforting. They answered all questions I had and explained all details the best way possible. I will definitely be returning to this place for more check ups and assistance in the future and recommend anybody who needs a dentist close by. The dentist was very sociable and entertaining. The entire staff was amazing. And to be greeted by Lily and Elizabeth makes the wait worth it. Makes me want to come to the establishment everyday.

I had such a great experience last week! I went in for my cleaning and man the doctor did really well. I felt a huge difference after I got my cleaning done. I think her name is Dr. Nancy and she was awesome and such a sweet dentist. She explained my treatment in detail and gave me a few suggestions regarding my dental work. The front desk girls were also informative and nice.

A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I get my braces done here and I always have a great time. Its never awkward, easy to talk and make friends like Elizibeth at the front desk! Shes always happy to see me and she never fails to make sure i get scheduled for my next appointment unlike other times Ill leave with out making an appointment and have to call in to make one

3 stars because the dentist was actually really nice. However, the website says "in house financing" for dental procedures and I called and was told payment plans were available and after the exam/xray I was told there were NO payment plans- only the care credit card option. Staff either lied to me on the phone or was very misinformed on their payment options.

For our first appt it was great! Wonderful staff but the best part great with my kids who were terrified of having work in their mouths (6 & 4) have another appt for filling will post on that too, I was nervous myself but they made me feel comfortable and good about this weeks procedure on my 6 year old , will see but so far 5 stars! :)

From the moment I walked in the staff welcomed me with smiles and conversation. The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful and assured me that I would be treated with great care. My nurse was kind and amazing, the lady dentist was kind and informative as well. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be back

I took my children to Smiley Dental in Balch Springs after going to Bear Creek and let me tell you, I had the best experience with Dr. Mizuno. The dentist explained her honest opinion to me. Melissa was great as she explained to me the steps of the procedure and Elizabeth has a great sense of humor.
