I have kept my information mostly private, but I am indeed a new Monarch customer; my first visit was actually yesterday (06/18/12). I have held off going to the dentist for a whopping 16 years as I have ALWAYS hated it. Yesterday was a breath of fresh air for me; these folks are friendly, accomodating and go out of their way to make you very comfortable, from the xray tech to the dentist. Yes, they do present you with options that you may not need to have at the present, but they respect your decisions on what you will and wont be able to do, with out any grief or sales pressure. I will be going back to have some fillings and an extraction, but I am not afraid! If they were this gentle and helpful (yesterday), I know they will take care of me in all situations. Thanks, ladies!!! See you next time :)

They try and tell you that you need things you really dont and make you fear that you will have gum disease if you dont get it because they do not make enough money from insurance. There office lady Belinda even told me this when she was shopping in my office and asked why I had not come back. They will not do your routine things that insurance covers because they dont make much, my insurance sucks and only has them to cover things or just discount at other places, but ethe other places are cheaper because they dont lie to you and say you have to get this done, they would not even give me a routine cleaning so I got up and walked out they were shocked. Scam google and see all the complaints 55 with BBB but they pay to get them removed but it still shows how many complaind.

Ending my relationship with Monarch for my entire family. Fed up with the front offices incorrect scheduling and the final straw for not calling in the referral for my sons appointment today. I kept my son out of school and I missed half a day of work only to find out 40 minutes after I arrived for my appointment I would have to re-schedule because the front office failed to follow through, again. Now my baby has a tooth ache and they cant schedule again for a month because the pediatric dentist only visits once a month. Called a new dentist today and they got in for tomorrow, my paperwork is already done and my quote from my insurance company complete. I havent even been a new patient for 24 hours.

Went in to fix a filling and a cleaning. They found another filling they had to do and the filling I asked them to fix they said they had to do a crown on. The crown they did is horrible I am in constant pain the filling that was there before was just an inconvenience but no pain at all. The new filling they had to do as soon as they were done the tooth was sensitive to hot and cold which it never was before, went to another dentist and he said the tooth is fractured thats why its sensitive and needs a crown. So for one filling I needed fixed Im having to pay for two crowns and multiple dentist visits costing thousands of dollars.

Dont be fooled by the advertised $29 teeth cleaning and dental exam. I made the appointment and brought my paperwork in already filled out from the website. I waited over 45 minutes just to get called back to the xray room. Once in the exam chair, I was offered a blanket and then everyone went to lunch. I was in the office until 12:30 and never saw a doctor or got my teeth cleaned! Save yourself the time and disappointment and find a dentist somewhere else.

Dr. Shad is an amazing provider who is all about taking care of his patients. The staff is fantastic as well and are so kind. The orthodontist Dr. Johnson that does braces is the best!! His whole team is wonderful and a joy to see. This is definitely the place to go for any dental needs!! I would give ten stars if I could!!

I had full x-rays done with Monarch in Red Oak three months ago. I schedule a follow-up in Waxahachie now that they have a dentist and they called me today and said I had to completely do all of my x-rays and initial exam over again because they cant use the x-rays from Red Oak. Total Scam! I cancelled and wont be back.

This place will lie to you about how your insurance will pay for everything! I ended up with a bill when I was told in person I had no out of pocket expense! They are money sucking leeches and insurance thieves! Our first and last time going there!
