VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF. Their front office manager Ashley, called me this morning (the day of my daughters check-up), to inform me that because the insurance has claims that are approved but still pending payment, we would need to pay out of pocket. We have had the same insurance provider with them (BCBS) for a year now, and they have always received payment from each claim up until recent issues on BCBSs end. Everything was previously confirmed as resolved, and when I explain and confirm (with a 3 way call with BCBS to them) this is taken care of, she interrupts me and tells me I need to find a new Pediatrician for my daughter and hangs up. Simply because they dont want to deal with it anymore. This is NOT the first time Ive either witnessed or received poor customer service from them before. I have even seen the front desk raise their voice at other patients while we were in the waiting room. Not to mention privacy violations and disclosing information to unverified 3rd parties on your childs account. After all of this and acknowledgement from their CEO, they still choose to keep this "office manager" on staff. When it comes down to the care and health of your child, they will NOT prioritize that with loyalty or professionalism. Its unfortunate that Dr. Wiener has prioritized her office manager over her clients. She wasnt the problem, but due to a lack of proper action, became the problem. We are naturally in the midst of finding a new PCP for our one year old daughter due to this offices management following violations of HIPAA and complete disrespect from the staff. We were very dissatisfied by their decision to keep their office admin, who everyone has to go through to make an appointment, on staff even when it was brought to their attention their disrespect and violations to US but also to other patients.

I absolutely love Dr Sharon Wiener and her staff. She is a very compassionate and dedicated pediatrician. When we moved to the Dallas area my daughter with special needs and heart problems became very sick on a Friday and we had no idea where to take her. She was recommended to us by a friend and when we called her she told me to bring her in. This was such a relief since I had no idea how to drive to Childrens in Dallas. There are not many people that would do this for a new patient. She will addresses any concerns you have and I have found her staff to be as helpful as they can. They truly are amazing! She really goes above and beyond for your child.

Such great taff and doctors they are absolutely amazing I stayed at a local domestic violence shelter and they treated us with so much respect and handled my kids with great care I would recommend anyone to you guys! They gave my children Christmas gifts and gave us a holiday we wont forget
