Dr. G is outstanding! Weve seen him for 5+ years with both daughters and cannot say enough positive things about our experiences with him. He has a friendly bedside manner but can speak to kids in a stern dad-like voice where they know hes to be taken seriously. The practice does an excellent job of providing a little "parenting guide" sheet at every well-visit to give parents an idea of things to expect based on this exact time for their children, and weve always found those to be helpful. When he came to check on our newborn at the hospital for baby #2, it was so comforting to have a pediatrician that we knew and trusted vs. one the hospital assigned. We have experienced frustrations with the front office staff at times, but Dr. G is super responsive to any complaints brought to his attention and rectifies those quickly. Top notch doctor.

We have been with them since they were at the original location in Richardson. My son is now six and I can only say that they were the best decision we could have made! I interviewed four other pediatricians and no one made me feel more comfortable, relaxed and taken care of than Dr. Guetersloh. The nurses are a dream. Everything we have ever needed -- they have helped with. They truly care about their kids. My son had severe acid reflux when he was a baby -- Dr. G figured it out quickly and got us on track. Then, he diagnosed my son with Strabismus at an early age -- which helped him tremendously.

Dr G has been amazing with all 3 of my kids. My son didnt gain weight and was having nursing problems and Dr. G helped me with it and made sure that if I wanted to keep nursing I could where other doctors would have said formula immediately. My daughters love going to his office for well checks (as long as no shots are involved). He is an amazing doctor all around. The entire office staff and every doctor in the practice is amazing!

Simply, Dr. G is the best. We love him. From delivery on through he has helped our son take care of many illnesses (as well as his staff) quickly and efficiently. Hes a neat guy & Very professional. We do not want to ever have to goto another doc/staff for our son, who is now 5. Truly one of a kind!!!!

Rude Front office staff. Office is more interested in collecting No show fees than providing the service. No commuincation from the office and they only schedule appointments for few months in advance.

Dr g has been our family pediatrician for the past 3 years. Very straightforward and very helpful. The front office, nurses and after hrs nurses are responsive and prompt.
