Staff is friendly but unfortunately they refuse to properly take care of our 7 month old son. He has had a serious congestion issue and fever off/on for the past month or two. Dr. Stacy reassured us that it was simply the normal stage for a baby, being sick is "OK". Well the sickness & fever continued, and it made us nervous. Wed schedule an office visit with Dr. Stacy only for her to remind us that it is normal for him to be sick and send us on our way. Shed CHARGE US AN OFFICE VISIT for nothing. No medicine, nothing. She is very anti-medicine. Finally we got tired of the nonsense and went to see a different pediatrician for a second opinion. This Dr. took him for a chest xray (to make sure he has nothing in his lungs, because he has been VERY congested) and prescribed us 2 different kinds of medication. Within days of giving him the medicine his fever went away and was no longer coughing. Before the medicine he would cry & whine all day because he was in pain, and Dr. Stacy failed to realize this. Now that hes had his medicine he is 100% better and is happy all day, no more crying. I do not recommend this practice as a practical approach to your childs health. Our son may very well have gotten better on his own, but it could have taken months, all the while he would have been in pain, unhappy, and miserable. If you need or expect medicine prescriptions for your child, I recommend you look elsewhere.

I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an amazing pediatrician for your child. We have seen Dr. Hingle since my son was born and she is fantastic! She takes the TIME to listen to all of your concerns even if they arent medical in nature and offers HELPFUL suggestions/tips/tricks. I cant tell you how comforting it is to never feel rushed out the door! The office staff is great - they are always so accommodating about squeezing us in when my son is ill, even if he has to see another doctor (they are ALL fantastic so this is no issue for me). I fully appreciate the short wait times at the office and love that there is a separate "sick" and "well" entrance as well. The nurses line is a great tool and they are so quick to call you back! Overall, I simply dont think I couldve found a better place for my son to receive care. We are very happy with Best Nest Pediatrics!

The receptionist is very rude. I called to inquire about selecting one of the pediatricians for my son who is expected to be delivered on Friday. I was abruptly cut off during mid-sentence with a statement of "Were not accepting new patients right now." She could have at least let me finish my sentence, and a more professional/genuine statement would have been "Im sorry, but we are not accepting new patients at this time." This type of treatment definitely tells me that their office would have not been in the best interest of my child. I would not recommend them to others also.

Have worked for over a month to ensure this staff has the proper paperwork from our old pediatrician to treat my children. They denied receiving the paperwork old pediatricians office has sent twice to them, double-checking for the correct fax/address. I have heard nothing from them, also, about the fact that they have not received said information and they will not book an appt without it. Im done pestering them. If the office staff cant keep things straight, its hard for the MDs to get the info they need. Im moving on.

Dr Terry has been our pediatrician for about 6 years. When one of our children had an injury, she remained calm and got us in right away at a nearby hospital. She always takes the time to listen during appointments, and the nurses line returns phone calls quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Terrys office.

We drive 45 minutes to take our children to this practice. Trust is key for us and we trust Best Nest. The doctors care. The website is great to see the notes from each visit. We have been seen immediately upon arrival on every visit. Also, we like the separate "ill" and "well" waiting rooms.
