Would never return or recommend this practice. I have heard great things about Doctors Beck and Bickman, but the staff is rude, unprofessional, and uncaring. I came here with a friend to offer support as she was there for rather emotional and sensitive issues. Her visit was fine until a blood draw. My friend asked if she could bring me back so she could hold my hand and the phlebotomist curtly replied, "Well, if you need to." I came back and she didnt acknowledge me at all and silently drew my friends blood. No reassuring the clearly terrified young woman or letting her know what she was doing or when she was putting in and taking out the needle. It was lucky that I was there telling her to breathe, relax and when things were happening. I give blood and get my blood tested very regularly and even though I am clearly comfortable nearly all phlebotomists talk me through their process. By the time it was over my friend was visibly shaken and embarrassed. I was seething. I went up to the receptionist (a very young girl) and mentioned my disappointment in the phlebotomists bedside manner. I was honestly very calm and nice about it and even spoke with a smile. I explained that not all visits to an ob/gyn are for happy reasons and women can be experiencing very traumatic events. I told her that I would expect some level of caring and sensitivity from a medical practice catering to womens needs. As soon as I walked away to sit down again, the girl rolled her eyes at me and whispered and giggled about me to the other young receptionist. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I was polite and kind to her in expressing my concern. I expect the same back. If you are seeking medical care with a loving and caring staff...keep looking elsewhere.

Dr. Bickley is the bets OBGYN Ive had. I starting going to him at 11 weeks pregnant with my daughter. He always took the time to answer any questions thoroughly. A lot of times I didnt need to ask so many questions because he took the time to go over most everything so thoroughly and clearly in the beginning. Hes very caring and sincere and his nurse is very caring and sweet too. I never felt rushed at appointments or in labor and delivery. I recommend him to anyone looking for a great OBGYN. He really cares about his patients and he also has a sense of humor which is important too. I also appreciate that hes up to date in new studies and practices that have come up. Dr. Bickley is a great doctor, the best Ive been to, hands down.

Awesome Doctor! I had complications after my first birthing experience and ended up in surgery with my husband waiting alone outside. After we were finished Dr. Bickley was right there talking to me as I woke and then immediately sought out my husband for a report on my status. His bedside manner even after surgery was excellent and all postpartum appointments were thorough. His nurse, Shannon, is a wonderful woman and was so excited to meet our new son. My husband and I have already referred 3 close family friends to Dr. Bickley and all have reported wonderful visits and we are already back for Dr. B to deliver our second!

Dr Bickley and his nurse, Shannon are absolutely amazing. After learning that my original doctor no longer delivered at my hospital, I was referred to Dr Bickley by the hospital at 38 weeks pregnant. He took me on as a new patient and the only thing I regret was that I didnt know about him sooner and didnt have him throughout my entire pregnancy. Not only is he a great doctor and thorough at explaining everything to where I understood, he is very genuine and personable. I would recommend him to anyone.

I cant say enough about my positive experience with my pregnancy and delivery with Dr. Bickley. He and his nurse Shannon are just unbelievable. From the time I walked in that office with my pregnancy, delivery and postpartum the care has been nothing but over a 5 star rating. He is an amazing doctor. He is very kind and understanding. He was very easy to talk to about anything and never judged me or my wife. Everyone at the office was also great. We will definitely be going back to him if we have any more kids!!! He delivered my daughter in the middle of the night and it was unreal how easy the delivery was. Dr. Bickley made sure our daughter came out healthy, safe, and strong. Best O.B. ever!!!

I enjoy this doctor so far. He is professional and makes sure to find out every concern you have. I usually deliver around 36-37 weeks so I will be seen weekly starting at 32 weeks. Preterm labor has happened to me at that time and I like that he said Call me or my staff anytime of the day. :) No more worrisome ER visits without someone to reassure me I should go in.

My wife and I found Dr Bickley through our insurance and man are we happy we did. He is phenomenal, everything we were wanting in a Dr for our first baby. He is funny, punctual, caring, and takes the time to answer all questions you may have. We have several of our friends that we recommended go to him who love him also.
