If I could give them zero stars I would. Not polite or respectful at all. They will also insist on treatments for you that are absolutely unnecessary just so they can get more money. Had to switch dentists when mine retired. Soft Touch insisted on giving me a deep cleaning or "Scaling" against my wishes, refusing a standard cleaning. Called my previous dentist and he was appalled and insisted that was not standard procedure. The American Academy of Periodontology recommends dentists offer deep cleanings when X-rays show bone loss and a full-mouth exam reveals one or more gum pockets greater than 4 millimeters deep and THEN treatments should be limited to the affected teeth or mouth quadrant. “Treat only areas that are sick”, NOT for people with perfectly maintained teeth. Apparently some dental offices will insist on these to improve THEIR bottom line, regardless of what is best for the patient. I was put through undue discomfort and pain for THEIR profit. Meanwhile, they are a pretty ghetto dental clinic that does not behave professionally even in their attitude. I will NEVER go back and recommend everyone else also stay away.

Do not go here!!!! The front desk people are rude, for starters. The dentist was rushed and rude himself. I went in to repair and old filling, and he squeezed my jaw with his hand so hard it bruised my jaw. Ive been experiencing severe jaw and tooth pain on a tooth that only hurt when I ate something hard. Im far worse off then had I just ignored the pain. The dentist numbed my mouth, went and did work on someone else, rushed in and was careless and rough doing a quick job on mine, and before I could get up and grab my bag he was working on someone else. I showed my dental policy to the ladies at the front desk, flat 20% no deductible. They charged me 50% including the deductible. I refuse to subject myself to their carelessness again. Im to the point where Im about to request an x-ray to see if he did damage or killed my tooth. Save yourself, dont go!

Had multiple of their root canals fail. They only do extractions, root canals, and most major work only on Wed. Meaning if you work and you cant get the day off your out of luck! Saturdays if they cant verify your insurance charge you out of pocket. Miss two appointments in a set amount of time. No matter the reason. You will NOT be able to make appointments. You then go on a that day schedule. Which actually means calling the day before or the morning off. Which you will never get an appointment in their office like that. Worst DENTIST EVER!

Horrible!!! DO NOT GO, I went here for one tooth that was really bothering me, ended up with 10 x rays and a Follow up appointment when it came time found out it was not even the tooth that I went there for! I had no pain in this tooth but knew it needed to be fixed so I went along, and now I am in terrible pain !! SHOULD HAVE JUST WALKED OUT! my fault, so please learn from my mistake their customer service was terrible, they dont listen now Im looking for someone to fix there screw up !

The name is decieving. Theyre there for there money and not the patients. A traumatized experience with eyes opened. Got an unnecessary filling and had to send me out of town to the same dentist to get wisdom teeth removed. Seems sketchy right? It was they took 5 teeth and definitely creepy smiley before they took me under anesthesia. I absolutely Do not recommend this f street dental office.

my girlfriend had a lot of dental done and then when she had to call in some pain meds they said they couldnt help and if she really needs anything that i could drive her up to woodburn well if your like me im going to let the BBB know how these people treat people. i wish they had a big f#$king ZERO on here.........

Get you in and out in a timely manner. When you need to schedule an appointment they get you in promptly opposed to most the other places around that make you wait over a month between appointments!

Great care but for some reason they are unable to verify insurance info on Saturdays so you have to pay the out of pocket. One of only two options in Springfield for OHP patients.
