My husband gave their receptionist our companys dental insurance card specifically asked to check if our insurance will cover their dental cleaning and in their network before committing to schedule the appointment. They scheduled his appointment and did the cleaning. Now they call us back saying we have to pay in full (almost $400) because we are not covered. WHAT!!! Now the story changed to we can only look up to see if you have insurance but we cannot see if you are under our network! I cannot believe what I heard!! This is INSANE!! I will not recommend this office!!

The last two visits we had the dentist has called to reschedule our cleaning/checkup appointment - then when we we went to visit the dentist was unavailable to look at our teeth after our cleaning. I can only assume this is because we are on public assistance (Oregon Health Plan) and we are not worth the dentists time.

This is an awesome dentist! Super gentle, very friendly office, quality work! Kids to adult, his chairside manner is excellent, as well as his skill in dentistry. I recommend him to friends and family!
