Not a pleasant experience. Providers are okay, but the front office staff is rude and unprofessional. Keeping the schedule on time is far more important than the care of patients. My daughter had a severe reaction to a medication and made an appointment to see the prescribing psychiatrist. The provider answered all questions and was helpful, but the office staff told her that if her appointment ever exceeded 7 MINUTES, they would not reschedule her to be seen. These providers are prescribing complicated and potentially dangerous medications, and the office only schedules 7 minute appointments for them to do so. Staff has always been very rude, never friendly, and loudly discusses private matters and patients (thought, not by name) in the office. I would highly recommend you avoid McArthur. This is disappointing, as all providers/counselors my friends and family have seen here are good.

Horrible place!! Hadnt even attended approx a month for weekly counseling! Counselor blew my childrens issues off. They are old enough to speak for themselves!! Tried to blame me that i may have poisoned them!! Victims of abuse dont wish to be victims!!! Counselors are supposed to be there to talk about those issues with and help overcome past tragedies!! So people can move on in life and be successful adults. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time and money . I pray that the particular counselor never has a kid or grandkid in the same situation as my children and i and and has to experience what she did to us.

Horrible horrible people. Very rude. Stated they refuse to help those who will not help themselves...when I was there trying to get help. I literally walked out sobbing uncontrollably and shaking because of how visious this woman was to me. Never go here unless you like being attacked.

Fast appointment time...same day even, helped my daughter during her crisis. Doctor was very impressive and took the time to listen to all our needs and concerns. I would recommend to everyone!
