I absolutely love all the staff at Pediatric Psychological Associates. They are all very warm and friendly and are very professional. They are absolutely wonderful about scheduling appointments to meet your needs and schedule. I highly recommend this group of professionals to anyone in need of pediatric services. They helped my family more than I could ever say and for that I will be forever grateful.

Unprofessional. They dont answer emails sent through their website, then when you call them they say they are not accepting patients. I wouldnt go there now if they had an opening, Why not reply back with an email instead of letting patients hang around and wait?

There are never any appointment times available. Even is there are, you will have to take your child out of school to make them. Half the time, the phone isnt answered, it goes to voicemail. Then the receptionist seems put off by you needing to make an appointment.

There was a waitlist but so does everywhere else. Very respectful and reasonable. My son felt comfortable during testing and enjoyed the space room. Would recommend to anyone! They accommodated our specific situation and was very patient.
