True example of medical professionals who DO NOT GENUINELY CARE for their patients. Everyone in this facility brings shame to those who actually honor their job and take pride in their work in the medical field/helping human beings. Made my intake extremely complicated for no reason, tons of phone tag, dont understand why you cant just schedule me the day I call... told them I was running late because I was getting a surgery done THAT MORNING, didnt expect the procedure to take so long (main reason why I sought out therapy, extreme stess from surgery) When I called a hour ahead of time and desperately tried explaining my situation to her; (Nancy, receptionist) she completely blew me off and sent me to a voicemail machine of my therapist, Julie. I called again at 1:20 to tell her(Nancy) I would be there at 1:45 and was told "we have to reschedule because its too inconvenient" for them. My appointment was for 2pm (wanted me there at 1:30 for intake) I called them a hour ahead of time and told them I would arrive at 1:45. I told them if I dont finish my paperwork before 2 they dont have to see me for an entire hour. I was very polite, respectful and well-mannered the entire time. I apologized multiple times. Therapists should be understanding and work with their patients. 15 minutes? & calling me an "inconvenience" absolutely rude. "Well call you in a few days to reschedule " ha, please. According to other reviews, I see a pattern of major lack of follow ups. Which Id blame the receptionist for in my opinion. If Im an inconvenience, I dont think I need to come to this office. Nasty first impression that left a sour taste in my mouth. Nancy, the receptionist was extremely rude and lazy. Could tell she was one of those people who just doesnt want to do their job. Also just great to know that the therapist, Julie... did not contact me after my voicemail. I was obviously someone looking for help. With the suicide rates, youd think psychologists would actually give a crap when someone is genuinely seeking help. I have seen therapists since the age of 13 and I am now 22, you are officially the worst encounter I have ever had. Congratulations.

I spent HOURS on the phone trying to get my insurance set for my son to schedule the appointment. When I finally got it done I could not reach the person who told me to call her when I had it settled. After two days I got a hold of someone else who finally took care of it and got someone to call me to make the appointment. After two weeks trying to set it up, I spent my day struggling to get out of work on time to fight over an hour of traffic, speeding trying to make it I time to have my dog run off find him hurry up get in the car and spent 15 minutes trying to find the place to only have the receptionist be rude and loudly whisper shes late with an annoyed smirk and no knowledge of what I went through to get the appointment and get there. I did call her out on being rude that she had no idea what events took place to get there. Her apology sucked and I decided if a counseling center could not relate to people even on that level, then it wasnt the place for my son: I suggest getting a new receptionist.
