Wow! I am super impressed, and I am from Houston so I am rarely impressed. I was in SA hanging out with my sister and decided to get my teeth bleached since I wouldnt have time to do so in Houston due to another 2 trips back to back. I cant have a busted mouth with my handsome face so I a friend suggested I try Bandera Dental. I am so glad I did. Dr. Alex is efficient and super friendly, but you expect that in SA, well the friendliness. It was a busy day but the office is streamlined and they got everyone in with the dentist in no time. I had the zoom bleaching done. Zoom bleaching is really one of the most effective methods to have that great bright white smile. I have tried so many options from other dentist that told me would work. But my teeth are already pretty white so they werent very effective. Dr. Alex explained the process and guided me on expectations. The zoom did just as expected from an okay white smile to a beautiful bright white smile! I know vanity is short lived but hey if you got it ... If you are in SA, I would implore you to see Dr. Alex, it is so difficult to trust your teeth and your smile to just anyone. This dude does it with a great team and amazing service!

Everything about this dental practice is wonderful. The front office staff and the dental hygienists are always professional and accommodating. Dr. Florin Ionescu was my dentist growing up and recently his son, Dr. Alex Ionescu has taken over as my dentist. The Ionescu family has a strong work ethic and it is evident that they take pride in their work. Dr. Alex Ionescu has a great sense of humor and is very gentle while working on your teeth. I actually enjoy going to the dentist! This office is fantastic and I highly recommend making them your permanent dentist!

Dr. Alex clearly had a great mentor in his father. Its really cool in this day to see a family business growing. They had excellent quality service and really took the time to explain everything about my treatment in a way I understood. Staff was very friendly from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. I took my 16 year old daughter to Bandera Dental. She is absolutely terrified of dentists, but she did great there! They were so soft-spoken, made sure she was comfortable, made sure she could not feel any pain, and answered all of her and my questions. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a dentist who cares more about the patient, and less about just getting the work done and moving on to the next person in line.
