My Wife has been going to this location to get her dental work done and we did not have a problem last year however this year everything went down quickly. She had dental work done and we paid our portion of the bill, however Maria called us stating that there was a balance of over $300 and that we needed to pay it. After going back in on the 28th of April she was not there so we spoke with another worker there who we were told worked with finances by the by the front desk. This individual told us that Maria had called the insurance company to verify that everything on the account was the same and that there were no changes to the percentage that the insurance company covers. However I called the insurance company myself and they stated that starting January of 2016 the coverage went from 100% to 5%! That is a big difference and they stated that they did not receive a call from this Dentists office, and the lady helping us at the time could not find the exact information on who called but she stated that she knew someone did call to verify this because Maria said so. However after talking to Maria she stated that this other individual was incorrect, she did not call to verify the coverages but only to ensure that coverage was still active, however Maria had spoken to my spouse a week prior to schedule an appointment and at that time stated that she had called to verify that there were no changes to the policy. Maria then told us that the other worker should not have been talking to us about this because she does not deal with the insurance company, then why would she lie to us about all of this? Maria Then stated because this is an unexpected thing she would help us by setting up a payment plan, however it is their fault that they did not call to verify, and lied to us multiple times about actually doing so. I strongly question this business Integrity and business practices. I advised I would not be paying this because I am not going to pay for their mistakes and I will not take this "help" of payment plan when they made these mistakes. If this was something that was ours I would gladly pay however after being lied to by many people, and multiple times by the same person I will make sure we find someone else.

I was very stressed about finding a dentist, but from the moment I started reading his newsletter (my husband went to him first) and then making an appointment I felt more and more at ease. The receptionist was like... if you are anxious about the dentist, then I think you found the right place. I feel that this dentist, Dr. Tom, is aware that many people have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. I think it is awesome that he and his team not only have the awareness, but strive to make you as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process. They were very thorough during the initial exam looking at the health of the jaw, each tooth and the gums, the most thorough exam I have ever had. He lets you know all the options of what he can do, but highlights the real priorities in what needs to be fixed. I ended up having the initial xrays, a cleaning and two fillings in a total of two visits and both visits they did excellent work. They knew I was nervous, and I think it is important to communicate that to your dentist... when I did they made sure to make me as comfortable as possible. While working on me he was constantly asking you doing okay?? Let me know... and had a great attitude of you are are gonna get through this. He is a blessing! :)

Normally Id say I hate the dentist. I was traumatized as a child so I have barely gone as an adult. Today I went here for the first time, from my first call I felt more at ease. The fit me in right away! I had a small hole in my tooth causing a dull ache. I checked in and it took only a very few minutes. They gave me a full tour of the office and brought me to get settled right away. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable! They even had a gift waiting for me! The staff was beyond attentive and friendly, the dentist was phenomenal! They fixed my tooth at a reasonable price, went over the costs before they did anything. The dentist was very thorough and let me know my treatment options. A few hours post treatment and I feel great! The numbness from the shot in my gums has worn off and the only pain I have is a tiny bit of discomfort at the shot site. Im beyond in awe of this dentist and his staff! I will go back and bring my young kids to him as well!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Tom and Mary the Hygenist on Thursday 8/8. I have to say that even though I do not like seeing dentists, I had a pleasant experience on this visit. I cant remember most of the names, but everyone was very polite, curteous and professional. Alicia was the first to greet me with a smile, when I walked in. I was then given a tour of the entire place and didnt even expect it; that was a nice surprise. I dont remember her name, but she was also very curteous and knowledgeable about the whole practice and the dentists. Chris, the next young lady, who did the x-rays, and prepared me for the cleaning, always made sure I was comfortable. answered my questions and explained the process each step of the way. And of course Dr. Tom Watkins and Mary the Hygenist, provided excellent service and treated me very well ! - I look forward to my next visit.

I very rarely make the time to write reviews unless it is to warn others not to visit a place I made the mistake of going. This is not the case with W Dental Group. From the moment I walked in the staff made me feel welcomed. Everyone was extremely courteous and polite. I visited W Dental Group for a second opinion, after a less than satisfactory visit with another Dentist, and I am so happy I did. Turns out I did not need the root canal and crown another dentist was so eager to give me. While there I had a check up and a cleaning and was provided with great service and excellent care. I will continue to see W Dental Group and am already scheduled for my next appointment! Guess going to the dentist isnt as horrible as I remembered it to be :)

Thanks to Alicia, front office administrator so friendly and very professional. Wow, as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed! She walked me through the facility, introduced everyone and explained all the areas, definitely a first for me. Penny did an awesome job as well she explained everything and quite friendly and welcoming too. Dr. Thomas Watkins explained my issues made his recommendations and even asked about my background as a person. He so great and it reflects in the personnel. I recommend going to this dental group for peace of mind and comfort if you anxiety. Thanks Stephanie for walking me through the plans as well. I will be a long term patient without a doubt... v
