I had an appointment at four and I got there ten minutes early. I was the only customer waiting to been seen in the waiting area. I filed out the paper work and waited, and waited and waited. By 4:30 I was frustrated and asked one of the receptionist how much longer would it be and her response was that they were cleaning the room still. I got into a room and the aid came in to talk to me about my cat. She brought a paper with the charges of the test that the vet would like to run, totaled out to 121.00. This I was okay with and then they took my cat for the test and I waited some more. Now it is 5:15 and the aid comes back with a new piece of paper with a new total of 240.00. This new total had his medication that he needed and almost 60.00 in food that she wanted me to take home to feed my cat. I was out raged and told the aid that I was not paying 60 for food when I have food at home. She told me that the food that you buy from the grocery store is not always the best and sometimes causes this particular problem my cat was experiencing. Long story short I refused to pay 60.00 for cat food when my family survives right now on one income and I buy good food for my cat and this is the first time he has had a bladder infection in seven years. My main problem with this clinic is the hour and a half I had to wait and the food thing was ridiculous.

The quick and dirty: The main veterinarian is fantastic, but the clinic cares about your money more than your animals well-being and the staff are garbage. I had taken my animals to this clinic a number of times and not a single appointment was on time. Late appointments arent the apocalypse, but their most recent stunt is worth noting for its shadiness. I ordered medications online (because Im pretty sure ALL vets bump the prices of meds) and my wife was told by Munich (sp?) that they automatically cancelled the order because they didnt carry that particular medication. When I called, I was told they never received the order, but I was given the same line about not being able to write a prescription that they didnt carry. When I explained that this was one of the reasons I was purchasing online and that, if they werent willing to write the prescription for the very legitimate medication, I would go to a different vet. At that point, Munich changed her stance saying that they COULD do it, but because they hadnt seen one of the animals (my cat), they required me to make an appointment. Rarely have I met with such frustrations when trying to ensure the health and wellness of my animals. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

This vet clinic is awful. I worked for a vet clinic for three years while in college, so I know what I am talking about. This clinic over-charges horribly, for everything. I brought my dog in because he had to have stomach surgery and I had no problems with that. But when I got him home and was petting him I found a tennis ball sized lump on his back. So I took him back in and not only did they charge me for a clinic visit, they told me that even though they had examined and bathed him before I could take him home they missed it and then implied that is wasn’t there, that it had grown that way in the 10min car ride home. MY dog also had a problem with his leg and she did x-rays and ultrasounds and gave him medications. $500 later her final diagnosis is for him to lose weight. Just today I picked him up from boarding and they lost his toys, his harness, and his leash and then tried to tell me I didnt bring any of these things. Well they found the leash and the harness but said he had chewed the toys up and they had to throw them away. What a crock. Worst clinic I have ever seen. Do not take your pet here.

Horrible experience with a dog we rescued. The dog was tick infested so to get the ticks removed and him up to date on shots they said it would be over $180 for everything. That seemed very high to begin with but were in a hurry and woud give a try since it is very close to our home. Picked him up after he was "ready" and took him home. Later that night we were playing with him and noticed a "few" ticks. A few turned into over 60 ticks that were not removed from him and we have other dogs at home and small children. When returned to ask what they would do they said was only a treatment that we got and that if we wanted to give him another bath it would be $40 more. Customer Service is definitely not a priority here....We will not be using them for anything and will never recommend them! If you have thought about going here DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!!!! OVERPRICED AND UNCLEAR CHARGES!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EITHER!!!!!

I GAVE THEM MY DOG FOR A GROOMING SERVICE AND THEY EXPERIMENTED WITH IT. It took me a while to decide to write something here. So Im gonna be very franc NEVER AGAIN BRING MY PETS HERE. I used to bring my pets here for years, always overcharging, they are always late and early to charge for what they call service. I just wanted my dog groomed and clean. My dog got really sick and they sent me to (Angel Of Mercy Animal Critical Care, 8734 Grissom Road, San Antonio, TX 78251) They did different experiments with my dog too - transfusion of blood etc...plus they charged us around $2.000 and leave the dog over night just for them to tell me that my dog died. Really? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE AND DONT LOSE YOUR LOVELY PETS AT THIS PLACE THAT ONLY CARE FOR MONEY. The veterinarian license in board should pay attention to those cases. I even had to send my parents for vacations because of the depression for the dog.

I am so happy I found this vet!! I loved my experience with them. My dog had a major tumor on his throat, Dr Curd was awesome! My old vet is on the other side of town and I did not think I could find another vet that I would like as much and that would be as good to my animal as my old country vet, but I was wrong. Dr Curd took the time to explain and answer all of my questions, she did not rush me through the door like other vets do, she did not leave the question answering to a tech, she spent the time to get to know my dog and our situation. I received a call first thing the next morning from them to check to see how my dog did through the night after his surgery and then another a few days later. I appreciated the fact that the service did not stop after I paid for the surgery.

I dropped of my two dogs to board for 6 days. When I picked them up at about 9:30 am, one of them peed in the lobby. She is fully potty trained, and her bladder looked like it was completely full by the amount of urine on the floor. This leads me to think she hadnt been taken out yet. My other dog had stickers caught in her hair. They were deeply matted; I had to shave her when I got her home. I understand that I did not sign them up to be groomed prior to picking up, but I thought they would at least take the stickers off of her after letting her out. She had them all over her face and paws, which Im sure is uncomfortable. I was disappointed in my experience, and will not be boarding them here again.
