Ever heard of the saying "anywhere but here?" Well, this place is horrible! I dont know where to begin. Seriously, I rarely complain about anything, but I took the time to do it today. First, the wait time is ALL-DAY, then the services is sufficient enough that you could probably diagnose yourself by just going online and typing in your symptoms. The doctors dont seem to care and neither do the supporting staff. Second, after your visit you will be hit with a bill because the billing department does not know how to process your insurance. I was still getting billed for a claim from two years ago!!! If you need urgent care, DO NOT go to Bowie Health Care Center or you will regret it!

Ive gone to the center several times. Yes the service is a little slow but so are some of the emergency rooms at hospitals. In my experience the staff was great to me and on several occasions when my husband was there. Yes I had to ask where the doctor was when i got to the back but if youre nice and professional you will get the help you need. I was there today for an xray for a broken ankle service was great. Got xray done in a timely manner. Stayed in the back for about 30 minutes and got inpatient. I asked the nurse where was the doc...he came in 10 min. Got my results broken ankle got a boot, looked at my xray, got a referral and was our of there.

I waited for 4 hours in the waiting room and then they called me to the back where I waited another hour and a half before I asked them could I just leave. Only then did they send someone immediately in to see me. Total time with the doctor: 5min. Whole day gone for a 5 min visit. The nurses were not pleasant either. The nicest person there was the cashier.

Today I needed to go to the ER after a visit to an urgent care in Laurel. From check in to triage, great service. From the doctor to the front desk staff, all friendly and informative. I must admit, after reading the reviews I considered another hospital. So glad I went to Bowie Health Center. Great job everyone. Especially great job radiology.

It only urgent care it not hospital if your really sick go to hospital not a clinic like bowie if u need to get atmitted to hospital they call for ambulance to transport you out.95 percent of patient can drive them self to hospital...bowie is only clinic.not a hospital the drs an nurses an staff do excellent job.

They used to be excellent , however, my last 2 visits I was misdiagnosed. My ER visit on July 19th they said I only had a sprained ankle, but, I had fractures to my toes and foot and a huge hematoma of my ankle!

They do not have an on-site ultrasound. Instead they send you to another facility, in a wheelchair, where you have to wait undressed covered in a gown, in a waiting room full of people, . Unprofessional.

went there after auto accident was patient kind, had knowledgable staff, and were constantly making me laugh trying to distract me from the pain I was in. I had a great experience.
