There is No possible way people are working in this office, i have called several times from a Drs office to get info for a pt... and the first time i called i was on hold for 34 min no one ever answered the phone i was on hold that long only for the phone to hang up, i called back a little later in the day and the phone said i had 17 calls ahead of me after waiting 27 min again the phone hung up! The third time i called back i was on hold for 17 min no one ever picked up and again the phone hung up. This is not good at all... i have been calling all day long from a Drs office trying to get information on a pt, i could only imagine what there pt go threw to try to contact someone in that office. This happens EVERY TIME i call this office. They seriously need to get better employees that can handle the phones or get a new phone system.

I recently moved to the area, I found this facility under my health insurance plan. Well let me tell you a waste of time and insurance premium. The front staff is beyond unprofessional, not courteous at all. I did like the doctor, she could be better with her bedside manner, but she was OK. I think this place is for the low income and those with out insurance. If that is the case its sad because every citizen should be entitled to quality when it comes to their health. I would NOT recommend this place nor will I return.

I like my doctor but this PICH operation sucks! I so wish my doctor had her practice. When i picked this place from of of the BCBS website i chose it because it was it was closer to my home. Bad decision! This office is for no to low income with decent health coverage. This will be my last appointment here.
