Normally I would rate SMOC 5 stars especially Dr. Bevilacqua and PA Keklik. They took care of my knee a few years ago and everything was great including follow on care. I just had my other knee repaired last week. I have had extreme edema and more than tolerable pain. I do understand that all surgeries are different and complications can arise. While being treated for another condition not related to the knee the physician said that the swelling was excessive and I should go to SMOC the next morning. Which I did. I explained to the lady at the desk what the issue was she immediately went back to Mr Keklik he told her to have me follow up with my PCP. Of course that was not acceptable to me again I said I understood that I did not have an appt and I was willing to wait until he or Dr Bevilacqua or anybody could fit me in. The next message relayed was to go see a Vascular Doctor or my PCP as Mr Keklik is double booked all day. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional in my opinion. Not so much as even a follow up phone call from either one. That is a fine example of patient care.

My family and I have been patients of this group for years! Dr. Bevilacqua preformed my knee surgery a couple years ago. From years of sports and activity, my knee was so weak and "broken", I couldnt preform normal tasks without pain. Now, I can exercise, run, play with my kids, everything! With NO pain. My kids have had broken bones from sports and had EXCELLENT treatment here. The support staff are all so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We love this place!

The front desk at 320.i told the lady that I call and she got Smart with me and told me the lines was busy and I just got your message when I got there.and she could not call me back 30min ago.you know do your job answer the phone.

I love this place, the doctors know exactly what is wrong with an explanation of how to fix it, its not a well it could be this or that.
