At the first initial appointment with my husband, we had no issues. Surgery day, no issues. The follow up appointment after surgery is when we had the problem. When my husband was called back, my husband said to me lets go. However when I stood up to go along back the nurse said, "no, you can just have a seat, him only". How extrememly rude and inconsiderate. There is no policy anywhere stating that a spouse can not be at an appointment. I felt that only if the nurses or doctors are trying to hide something or are unprofessional would they not allow a spouse to be at the appointment. I was extremely angry as well as my husband. Needless to say, we will never use this docotrs office again or recommend them to anyone. Weve never in the past been told by a doctors office that our spouse could not come back for an appointment.

Even good doctors and offices sometimes have unhappy clients and bad reviews, but its no coincidence that York Towne Urology has almost exclusively one and two star reviews going back several years. They do, as other reviewers noted, hold customers in contempt for cancelling an appointment even when theyre given 48 hours notice. No one will ever accuse their staff of being overly friendly, and dont expect the management to be understanding or even return bother returning phone calls if theres a problem. They have all the compassion and people skills of a rabid wolf. With other local urologists not taking new patients, York is in desperate need of both skilled urologists AND facilities with caring and professional office staff.

I agree, the receptionists are unfriendly and not understanding. I have been a patient since 2002 of Dr Ulhmans, until he recently left the office. Since then , my care has been horrible. I have been leaking through the cracks of different physicians i dont even know, and dont make it a priority to deliver test results or get me a prescription for my infections promptly. I am currently searching for a new office to seek care. Now that Dr. Ulhman is not there anymore, i would NOT recommend this office.

The the urologist are very rude. They dont explain things. The best urologist there is dr bonslayer and hes hard to get into. Staff are rude and they do not at all try to help you especially if your in pain. If you owe them a balance good luck being seen. Dr orders test when results come back he wants a different test. God forbid if you suffer chronic kidney stones you wont even get a Tylenol from these doctors!

Dr. Basselli is a champion Urologist who quickly identified my specific treatment to restore my urology health and desired function. Professional, Talented and great bedside manners. Very nice staff, great physician and attentive mid level support from the PA. I am really happy I was able to get in to see Dr. Baselli! Thank you for helping me and getting me back on track.

First time here and more than satisfied above and beyond the norm from first walking in to the registration with Jolene and Dr Bolslaver was "over the moon" with his attentive concern to my situation. As that guy from California once said "ILL BE BACK!"

Called to schedule an appointment, they were incredibly rude on the phone as if my call was a hassle. My insurance company said they were within network and accepting what I needed to have done and yet I was denied and hung up on by the front desk.

This office has been wonderful. The staff are always very courteous and follow through great. The doctors are awesome!!! They actually talk to you and with you not at you. Im extremely satisfied with my level of care through Yorktowne Urology!!!

I have had to reschedule and/or cancel an appointment for unforeseen reasons and they were not very friendly or understanding and actually rather unprofessional. It is a little disappointing when the physicians are very good.

Doctors dont listen, explain or read your allergies. They prescribe meds you are allergic to and know they will not do any thing for you ( $100.00 worth adter insurance.) Horrible place. Obooma level treatment.
