Horrible Horrible Horrible. We have been loyal customer s to doctor Hollie since since 1986. When our first son was born. Fast forward to September 15 2016. Took my 8 year old grandson out of school early as he had a 11:20 am appointment. So I told him after your appointment we can go have lunch. When we walked into the lobby there was absolutely no one there, which was a little surprising. The staff seemed to be in good spirits. They were laughing and carrying on talking about how all the patients should be required to bring them tacos. Well. That was the end of what should have been a pleasant visit. Other patients started coming in. As they came in they got called to the back for vitals. After about 12 people I asked the Hispanic lady with the glasses if they forgot about my grandson . Her response was. Oh no your actually next. After 10 more patients I asked again. Same reply. After 8 more patients. My grandson said grandpa please ask them again Im starving. So I asked again and no sooner did she say your next and boom. They called someone else. So now its after 2pm. So we finally make in to get his vitals. When I was informed that we were never checked in. So I made a huge deal about it. Now here comes the bad part. We see " Dr" Paralle . My grandson is coughing wheezing and making all the sounds a kid with asthma makes. He listens to my grandson chest and scratches his face and says to me. He sounds clear to me. But of course you know him better than I do. I was like what did you just say? And he says it again. You know him better than I do. Then he just walks out. Never got an apology from the lady who forgot about us. So instead of taking them Tacos. Lets be completely honest. THEY ALL NEED TO START EATING SALADS.

Waited almost 3 hrs before I saw Dr. Holley GREAT DOCTOR but HORRIBLE WAIT ! The front officd all have attitude and kept saying my daughter would be up next when I saw a lot of people who came in after me leaving before me. I have over active anxiety and almost had an attack because I was too nervous to keep hounding them like everyone told me to just because of the attitude the front office gave me. And when they finally bring us to the back for the standard vitals and vision/hearing check (2 hrs in) they tired to place me back in the room they asked me to removed my daughters shoes for measuring and they placed another patient in there (who was waiting the same amount of time and scheduled at the same time as my appointment when I overheard them talking to each other) after we left they couldnt find any available rooms so they told us to go back into the waiting room where we waited another hour 3hrs total. I love Dr. Holley but will never return there because of this. And this wasnt the first time Ive had waits like this I dragged my feet to go back but wanted my child to stay with the same pediatrician since she was born but there were times they forgot us in the check up rooms and had inexperienced MAs pricking my child over and over when she was an infant all I know is DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE !

This place was HORRIBLE!! I would not take my dead dog to these people. They do not listen to you or even give you a chance to talk. They dont do their homework when it comes to a circumstance that has never happened in their office. They will not return calls or even return a call to the specialist that has called them numerous times to explain what is needed done. I will never go back to them again. And I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. And medicaid should probably investigate them as well. They are charging for services that have not been performed. Example, my daughters flu shot, they said she received it and she was NEVER given the flu shot. And Samantha, should not work with the public with her ghetto attitude. If you have to treat patients to like crap to make yourself feel better and talk to the parents like they are crap, maybe you need to reevaluate your attitude and why you are working in a place that should have compassion. This place needs to start listening to patients and understand most parents know what they are talking about when they come to you to see you. WORSE DOCTORS AND STAFF I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS IN MY LIFE. ,

UPDATE: Ever since I wrote the last review, I continued taking my kids to this clinic. I must say that they have improved a lot. The wait time was shorter and their staffs friendliness is much better. Because of that my star rating improves. I will continue to take my kids here because the doctors and nurse practitioner are the best. Especially Dr. Holley and Mrs. Goldman........... LAST POSTING: Horrible!! Ive had two emergencies (high fever with rashes and step throat) with my kids ages 1 and 4. I was not allowed to walk in and get care for my children without an appointment, which is usually the next day. I have been to other Pedi drs and have always been allowed to walk in during emergencies like these. I mean, how can you prevent your kids to get sick during weekends? And the wait is another issue, 2+ hours. Other than that, Dr Holly and Mrs Goldman offer good care. I just wish there "policy" of always having an appointment for emergencies would change. Next time, make an appointment in advance, just in case your kid gets sick!!!

I love Linda Holley shes amazing but outside of her I completely hate this place ! They have you wait for HOURS to be seen even if you get a morning appt last time I went I had an anxiety attack from the ladies at the front desk giving me the run around. People coming in after me where being seen before more and I was watching them all leave while I sat there and missed the rest of my appts that I had set for that day. Turns out they placed my daughters clipboard in the back by the wall so all the MAs were getting the ones in front of her first so we waited for nothing bc of their mistakes. Every time I think about going it drives me crazy I keep wanting to change Drs but they are always "booked" so Im stuck here I DONT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!!!!!!!!!!

I been coming here for the pass 9 years. I had never had a issue till now. Your MOS in the front(the skinny black lady with glasses) is rude and impatience. Her job is Customer Service she lacks all the qualities that are required in Customer Service. Let me go into detail...... The blank stare she gives you, like she doesnt understand simple English coming out your mouth. The Condescending tone in her voice or my favorite When your asking a question and she make faces looking at the lady next to her, Like is this B**** forreal. She needs to be reassign to a new position because having in the front is not a asset to your company.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! (Mrs. Goldman is not so nice like all these commenters say! Btw) You can have a scheduled appointment and STILL wait forever!!! Over croweded wait area with zillions of sick kids. Theres a nurse there with a snobby attitude and I dont see whats so great about Dr Holly. She has too many patients and she rushes through each visit without asking if i have any concerns or questions. I changed my childs pediatrician quick after all this horrible experience!
